Haven't seen video, but I saw it live at the race. He went over the bars near the end of the whoops. It looked just as bad as it sounds
Any update on his condition?
Hope he's ok, he didn't look good.
That's too bad as he's a fast kid and great in Atlanta.

Based on how he was grabbing his shoulder and the fact that he was boarded off the track, I am guessing he is hurt
Odd they backboarded him for what appeared to be a shoulder injury. Maybe as they checked him out he also complained of neck/back pain
It’s odd that he was grabbing his shoulder, but was also leaning on it when the docs ran up to him.
They should have red flagged the race. Sad they didn't.
Hope he’s OK. I could understand leaning into it like he was. I recently broke my collarbone, shoulder blade and ribs on one side. I didn’t want to move off the side…at all because the bone sticking into a bundle of nerves was…not fun to put it mildly.
Why? The whoops were trashed enough by that point in the race that no one was going fast enough where he or the medics were in any danger, everyone was plainly visible, and the medics had a way to get him out of there without crossing the track. Was it perfectly safe? No, but neither is racing dirt bikes.
still don't understand how there's no footage?
strange as he was running 4th.
He doesn’t run number 96 or 238…
It is odd that no footage can be found anywhere
The track is also a lot longer than most. Less likely to catch it on camera
True. They were able to catch Vialle, but maybe his crash was in a more visible area.
I wonder about updates on his condition?
At the time there wasn't really a battle amongst the top 4 Thrasher was 3 seconds behind Deegan who was 6 second behind Smith who was 7 seconds behind Hunter.
Yeah good point I'm getting really tired of the broadcast being the Deegan show.

Man, I’ve watched the broadcast back and forth on both sides of when they showed Thrasher down and can’t find where they have any replays of it or main coverage of it. Unless someone posts a YouTube video from the stands I’d say we’re SOL as far as some “Footage”.
The way he was laying there looked like a leg or hip injury...
“b*****g”
Man I just can’t figure that word out. It’s probably better that I can’t.
well Vialle was on the 1st lap with about 15 riders maybe more in frame so

We were in the trackside standing section so the crash was like 100 feet away, looked pretty rough and was certainly something with his shoulder he was grabbing it and laying on it so not exactly sure what it could be. he was immediately alert and all so that's a good thing. It made me cringe as I was watching with a sling on my self recovering from broken shoulder blade lol.
I will say from our angle I was pretty surprised that they still had the guys hauling ass in that sketchy whoop section so close to him and about 5 medics but could have just been the angle we were at but looked sketchy.
Weege said on the Matthes review that they have a video and are waiting on Yamaha before they release it. you will probably see it today
Poor guy is broke bad it sounds like plus had one or both knees torn ACL?
I don’t want to see it.
