We know the exact type of cell and their number from their video of the automated production. So it’s all there, you just have to open your eyes…
What are they?
Post the video you cite please #434.
I had an Alta mxr. local A rider.
Riding only map 2 at an abandoned somewhat sandy mine I got about 35 ish minutes out of it from full charge to dead.
On gncc style trails in the woods I could get about 20+- miles out of the bike bouncing between map 1 & 2.
The bike was sick & I wish I never sold it but I hope the range/charging times are improved. At open moto practice on a clay track the mxr was tolerable. Show up, do a 15 minute warm up, come back, charge the bike for 20. Go back out do a 25-30 minute Moto (mostly in map 3). Come back to truck charge bike for about an hour while I ate & I could do one more 25-30 minute moto.
Map 4 was unnecessarily fast & the range was a joke. If I strictly rode map 4 I’d be lucky to get 20 minutes out of a full charge at briarcliff.
Point / Counter Point ; this is the way.

I‘ve already posted a YouTube video on the subject in this thread. It’s on page 17. But we‘ve speculated months ago that it’s 400 21700 cells and that was confirmed by the Croatian engineer who posts here from time to time. It’s a 45 amp high power version. Adds up to 6.2 kWh.
These numbers should be very close to what they use.
Stark made another quick edit for me to share. Im still on vacay in Rome and will be posting my full review next week after we return home.
What can you tell us about the manufacturing? Are they already building bikes? How many bike can they build a day?
Good info! Did heat affect the range much?
Early 90's Earnhardt fan vs. Stark deposit guys, who wins in a fight?
You are posting this Stark propaganda so why don't you answer the obvious questions being asked by people with skin in?
I can sense people are unhappy after all your big noting and bragging and now how you shut them down while 'on vacay'.
I suppose I don't understand why everyone is all up in arms about the delay. Even IF you put the whopping $100 down...if the slimmest of slightest of chances this all goes belly up and you lose $100 and it effects your life...well, maybe you weren't in a position to be able to own one in the first place. n
Yes I put $100 down on my bike within 48-hours of it being released and no I have never given it a second thought since. Once it's ready for me to purchase (if ever, I get it hahaha (sarcasm), then I'll do so. And if it never becomes available and I have lost $100...well, I've spent well over $100 on dumber shit than this haha.
Oh STFU! He‘s enjoying his holiday in Rome and owes you absolutely nothing!
So, a bit like the old donkey lottery in your mind?
A guy sells 17000 tickets, then announces the winner, only to tell him the animal died, and he will refund his money.
I‘m surprised, you can wrap your head around such an elaborate scheme..
You are his main questioner and desperate for reassurance.

I know Stark are a shell and a sham, but still wheeling out their tired looking specials even though the brand is owned by Indian Eicher.
Manufacturing tour was 6 or 9 seconds? Riveting
Since you haven’t been bitching about the cells they use, I wanted to ask if you need help with the math, calculating the capacity, power and so on?
Pit Row
Chill, dude.
Reading this thread makes me want the Stark to succeed just so all the tin foil hats here have to get passed by one at their local track.
I've wanted the opposite to happen since that arrogant interview with Gypsy.
The $100 was worth it to me to hear and read from the negative Nancy’s. I wonder what they are going to say when a Stark silently blows by them. A word of warning to the Nancy’s stay out of the roost or you going to hurt more then your feelings.
That was also one big negative. At a Moto track going from riding to charging back & forth I had to buy a 5 gallon bucket fan mounted mister to keep the battery cool.
Charging it with the mist fan running I would be good, without it thermal power limiting would occur after 2 laps.
I'm sure he wants to get as many views on the video as possible, and make sure any tech info is accurate. So I can understand why he would want to wait to put out too much info until after he has his video together. As they say, if you giveaway all the milk for free, nobody will buy the cow. If he gives away all of the info , that will equal less views on his video. Editing videos can take a lot of time, and a speedy computer is best for the task. Why eat up all of that time while he is on vacation? As much as I want to see and hear about the bike, factory, etc. I can understand and see some reasons why he is waiting on getting the video up.
I would understand if Stark would want to preview his video and offer a response to any issues , or make sure he had any tech specs accurate. With it being one of the first impressions , a typo or saying something in a way that could be misunderstood could cause a lot of bad info to be generated unintentionally and make for problems. I'm not saying that this has anything to do with his video timeframe, and I have no inside knowledge . Just based off of how the reviews came out from the invite day with press, I am making some assumptions and providing reasons for why they may want to do something a certain way. And explain some reasons of why I think they might want to do it that way, that are not signs of issues with the bike.
Looking forward to seeing what this bike can do in the real world, and what happens next!
Oh okay, that sounds like a major issue.
I was surprised how much effort Stark put into the cooling. The water cooling circuit for the motor and electronics is surprisingly large and can supposedly be switched on during charging to get it quickly down in temperature between motos. Also the battery pack looks like the only focus was cooling, with the end of each cell in contact with the finned casing. I think it’s a much better design than the Alta. Let’s hope it’s enough to not have to worry about it on normal riding days.
Them 5 gallon bucket misters are a game changer for hot days. You apply that home depot product along with shade your charging temperature becomes more friendly. Theres electric cool packs that will be used in individual pits coming soon. Most after market companies are already in works of offering a charging unit with cooling options. The road to the gate will ever be lined with mini Freezers and not for beer.
Not people, just dipshits like you.
He, pre and post ride, told you he would give updates when he is done with his vacay with his wife. The dude owes you nothing. Why the fuck are you here, all day every day, if you hate them so much and wish for them to fail? What is your fucking purpose? Are you that miserable? Go do something!
He is a scared little boy having a temper tantrum meltdown on the internet, because he cannot have things his way. Completely lost all discipline and self control. Annoying AF, but harmless. No matter how much he posts, every day things move forward and what he says is increasingly irrelevant.
The Stark looks like it is going to be a nice bike. Considering how incredibly difficult it is to break in to this industry as a start-up, they've done a great job.
Big fan of ICE bikes here, FWIW.

I’ll never be more embarrassed than a 65 throwing an oppo whip past me.
