8/23/2026 5:31pm Way too much interventionism. Politicians (i.e. people that aren't experts at anything) need to stop trying to fix everything. This is why when I do vote, I only vote on measures...and I vote no across the board.

8/20/2026 6:27pm TONS of kids go off to college at 18 and find the environment isn't for them just like Mark found out at Club. It is no slight to Clubmx at all, it just wasn't the right fit at the time for Mark. 18 year olds come home from a failed experience at university, get a job, go to community college or whatever. They REGROUP, grow up a little... and then attack life. That is what Mark Finies has done. The kid is living a clean lifestyle on his terms and i think that is awesome.

8/20/2026 6:15pm I don’t think Chase was joking at all. I think Mark’s view of himself is so disconnected from the factory rider level, that he has no trouble talking about these guys in the same way a fan would. He made some comments about Eli as well.

8/20/2026 6:10pm Mark is awkward in general. He is hilarious but not sure he is always trying to be, if you catch my drift.

8/20/2026 6:10pm Sexton getting pissed about what Mark Fineis says is a bad look for himself. Dude should be focusing on getting healthy and getting back to winning, not worrying what the 14th-place guy thinks.

8/15/2026 1:44pm One thing is for sure, Quadlock Honda has their shit dialed this year. Savatgy in SX, now Connolly. Deano looked great aswell when he only did a couple SX races. To do it in the 250 class against the factory bikes is another thing aswell, very cool how far sattelite teams have come these days.(same with Mumford and AEO)

8/15/2026 12:40pm For about a year now, for reasons I'll share with you guys sometime, I have to travel to Morgantown, WV multiple times a week. The shit I see on I-79 and the flip flop drivers are crazy. I'm so tired of every time a catch up with a truck they look left in their mirror and turn their damn wheel with their head and run me off the road. Its happened 100's of times. Over and over, I don't understand it. We have had lots of road construction going on for a way to long. A handful of times I've...

8/15/2026 12:39pm My sister lives in Maggie Valley, NC. The last 4 or 5 times she's came home to WV she doesn't drive to Ashville to Bristol and 4 lane. She hangs a left at the end of town and drives back roads to Kingsport, I believe, She comes out at Bass Pro Shops. She the drives Rt 19, 2 lane road, all the way to this side of Beckley, WV. Turns a 5.5 hour trip into about almost 7. But she likes it.

8/15/2026 12:38pm I won't take any interstates if I can possibly avoid them. This has allowed me to discover the web of beautiful 2 lane roads that criss-cross the country. I ain't kiddin' fellas...far fewer trucks and idiots in general. Driving for 6 hours at a stretch without passing or getting passed is kinda magic.

8/15/2026 12:38pm When my dad was still running his construction company he always said (in regards to that type of customer): “I can sit at home and go broke, I don’t need to go to work to do it.”

8/15/2026 12:38pm Depending on the customer, or how we came to meet, I can either finance the entire job, getting paid for the materials upon delivery of the cabinets/product. or get material costs up front. Last week I was asked to give a price on replacing old cabinets at a doctor's office. 30yrs old melamine cabinets, literally falling apart. Didn't want that type of work, as it's more trouble than it's worth. Explained what I could build, showed photos of my work, etc... Came back with a figure Monday. Materials, build time, demo, haul away and install. The doctor came back with...

8/15/2026 12:37pm We get multiple calls a week to help a flip flopper with a problem like a brake can on a trailer or an air leak. They request a service call until we tell them it's a $175 call out and a minimum of 2 hour @ $200/hour. "why so much it only take you one hour." Well listen here fucker. Go buy your dumbass a nice service truck, stock that fucker with parts and tools, and have a go at it. You'll quickly see how "easy" and "quick" everything can be. Oh, and don't forget about insurance. I've got a...

8/15/2026 12:36pm Boys, my mom went to driving in 1968. She'd pull up to the school and grab me or one of my brothers and we'd be gone for a week or two. That was back when the school figured the more of the world you saw and experienced it was better than holding down a desk...different times. She was the best driver I ever saw. Her handle was Cherokee Lady and I wouldn't be exaggerating to say she was a legend in her day. Don't get me wrong...she was crazy as a bed bug but she could fucking drive.
