I was looking online/cycle trader etc trying to find a dealer with a 2023 YZ450F.  Not to buy but set on, kinda get fit a few for what the 2024 250 might feel like.  Not any close to me but some dealers in Texas and Louisiana had 2023 YZ450F’s priced over 10k.  My guess without fees, didn’t say OTD.  I guess with not many on dealer floors they can ask what they want.

That time of year.  What is everyone paying OTD?

2023 KX 450 in two MD dealers: 10,500K and 8700k (with the rebates)

2022 YZ450:

Unlimited Cycle Center in PA: 8600

Cernics in PA 9600

This. I bought my KTM 300Xc for $10k OTD last July at Ridersville. I couldn’t find the bike anywhere else under $11,500 OTD.

I keep forgetting Honda does this. It’s pretty rad. I’d like a 2023 RS on sale in about 8 months or so.

Ridezilla in Carson City had one 2023 YZ450F with $2000 markup, on top of their already high fees. It must have been $14,000 otd. They hadn’t even had their “grand opening” yet, but I already know I will never buy a single thing there in my life.

I swear Northern Nevada has some of the highest prices in the country. On top of that the salesmen never know a single thing about the MX bikes. You can find out more after 30 seconds of googling than listening to most of them

Meanwhile drive up to Oregon and get the same 2023 YZ450F for 10K otd

Damn, $5k OTD? That is a winning deal all around. Even if you ride it for two years and sell it for $3k like every old running used bike seems to level out at, you're only down $2k. That's better than blowing out 8-10 G's for any other new bike and having to sell it for 4500 in two years lol.

I've heard people set the radius to Nationwide and just have the bike shipped to their house. Have you done this before? If the pricing all works and you're still under budget with the shipping costs, sounds like a practical way to shop for a new bike

Just had a bike shipped from Oregon to Florida.  Power Motosports has great pricing with no B.S.

$12-$14k dirt bikes, $60k-$80k trucks, $3.50 gas, and $2.50 candy bars...

It's a good time to be a shrewd, savvy, and smart spender.  The days of carelessly throwing money around are GONE for the working man.

$1K.  Ended up being cheaper than anywhere I could find within a few hours.  They rolled the bike up to my house a week later, literally just had to open the garage.

Interesting. My next bike will probably be from them. I’m a 9 hour drive from them, however I’ve now seen a few good reviews on dealing with them and shipping.

I’ve always been afraid of buying a new automobile without sitting in/on it first, but that’s the way of the future and I do it all the time with mountain bikes.

I kinda regret not buying a leftover 2022 KTM 350 SXF they had for 9k otd. Over my 22’ 250SX for 8k. I didn’t want to drive that far. Looking back that was the best bike for me, I just couldn’t find it locally.

Looked at a new 23' Tundra the other day thinking I might trade my Tacoma in for a new one. Sticker was $70k and with all the boxes checked it still would have set me back approx. $1200/mo @ 60.

Needless to say I'm still driving my Tacoma.

Looking for current real world OTD prices you are seeing. I am primarily looking at a YZ250 or KTM 350 SXf. How much below MSRP is reasonable to offer these days?

If you're further east, Five star in Duncansville pa is always on point!

Paid $6170 for a 23 RMZ450 in Feb on the east coast. My last bike, Pre covid, was a 16.5 fe with 10 hrs for $6500 back in 2017. Couldn't pass on a new 450 for less than $6200

Five star in Duncansville pa just offered an excellent price on a new yz. It was like Langston's listing without a ton of fees.

This is an old thread from last year but OTD is what it is no matter what year.  Just a guess but I’d guess a guy can get out the door cheaper with a Beta than most.  Beta dealers don’t charge as much for fee’s.  They also don’t floor plan, they buy bikes from Beta them resell from what little I know.

I’d also guess a guy can get a decent deal on a green bike at times.

Its easy to see who paid the big fees for bikes, just look at Facebook Market place at some of the prices for near new used people need to dump.  Be better off shopping new.

2024 Honda CRF450R - $9,019 plus sales tax. $9,801 OTD in TN. Tennessee sales tax sucks.

I'm torn between a 2024 KX450 and a 2024 CRF450R. The resale and reliability of the KX is what has me leaning towards the Honda.
