Gypsy Tales - Clown show

Gypsy Tales is trash. Bro talk and too much Jiu Jitsu. He is also a shit rider. My 12 year old son who is a C grader laps him at the track. Scared of MX jumps as well.

I get the "dude, like, OMG bro"  thing can be a tough listen. Yes he talks BJJ as much as moto and I've poked fun at that myself before. Yeah he's one of those "get a 350" guys (I am too, no judgement). So yeah I get people can dislike all that or whatever else bothers them, but shit...

If it makes you as emotional as the OP or this latest guy that somebody is out there enjoying their life, you need to look inwards instead of tearing this bloke down.

I don't listen to it, but I'm not gonna shit on the guy.

i’ve come to realize that the past 3-5 years it seems a lot of people have just become miserable and are only concerned with other people and what they do like that busy body Karen that every HOA seems to have. Please just stop and worry about yourself and the world will become a better place for all of us, I promise! If you don’t like Gypsy, BJJ, the words bro or sick, Pulp, hopper, cooksey, weege show, Swap moto,  full throttle etc etc … just don’t listen … otherwise just STFU! 

I don't know why its so hard for humans to live an let live. Its really not hard to not click on things lol...I stopped listening to whiskey throttle... but i dont have to announce it

Jase has been around pro Moto since he was born. 

I really like some of his stuff , and some is not something I like to listen to. But I like that he is not just doing another Pulp show. Not that I dislike Pulp. I listen to most of the MX podcasts. A friend and I were doing a show years ago back when it was just DMXS radio and another show I can not remember. We were the first to do live video streaming too. But we just did it for fun and it takes a lot of time to do and do it well. Between organizing the guests and putting good questions together. We did it super  relaxed and tried to have the feel of just hanging out and chatting . 

I like that Gypsy Tales is a different style , and he is able to make the guests so comfortable that it feels  like you are a fly on the wall , listening to a conversation between 2 friends. I like the more raw style that  he has. It feels real. Not crazy over the top Howard Stern style stuff. But  more like if you were able to meet a racer and hang out and have a few beers and talk about racing.  There is room for different styles of shows like his. I like how he has gotten some outside of Moto guests on too.

I have not listened to all of them, but most of them have been pretty good. It gets a little old how he compares himself to everybody . But that's just him, And anybody who dislikes his stuff and thinks they can do better, Go out and buy the stuff to do a show. Anybody can do a podcast or vlog these days . Start out with a phone, add some external mics, work your way up to a sound board and cameras. There are some inexpensive and free software that you can use to get up and running. 

The first show I heard of his was with Mike Grondol the founder of Planet Fitness and  former part owner of the FC Honda Team.  I thought it was pretty good, and the ones with Deeghan . Its worth finding a person who you are a fan of that he has done a show with and giving that show a listen. You will most likely hear something about the rider that has not been talked about  before , or more in depth conversations about things you have heard about.  

I see this same comment a lot around here. People often post on this forum and say “be positive or shut up.” I could say to you that if you don’t like reading people’s negative opinions, don’t visit a place that is designed to host opinions. Forums exist for people to share what they think, and if you want to live in a bubble, then you don’t have to be here getting emotional about negative comments. I’d always prefer to see the truth about how the community feels than always see a circle jerk of praise. 

every show he has with a rider ends up being a forum with some sort of insight none of us knew about. say what you want.. be he gets a lot from riders on a personal level and he has some amazing guest from outside of our sport.

I like the show most of the time. Better than most shows on the tube. 

Watch the episode with Tai Woffinden. Jase didn’t even know what a Solo looked like… poor form and shows a lack of interest in the people he’s interviewing.

I cant stand this Australian fool. So annoying. Looks foolish . Sounds foolish. What a wanker. Go home fool.
