Due to the rescheduling of the Motocross of Nations, it looks like we won't have our defending champion aboard MX2 machinery. Justin and his soon-to-be wife scheduled their wedding around the original dates and now it's been moved smack dab on top of it.

And per usual, Denny comes in with his hot Twitter take that moto matters above all.

Well Denny is divorced so maybe his take on this isn’t 100% solid

To be fair, it’s not like he’s guaranteed to be the MX2 guy. J-Mart could come back with a vengeance, or some of the younger guys could step up.

I didn't know they already picked the American team. Blush Why even have a press release on this, he could have just said to who ever picks the team he wont be available. Kind of a TMZ moment

Congratulations to Justin Cooper! I'm a little bummed, but we should have some solid guys for the 250 spot regardless.

Denny tweets like a crackhead so it’s not worth anything, let’s just hope we have better options than Cooper to avoid it being a loss.

It's not really a press release, it's just a post on social media.

Congratulations to Justin Cooper, but I would be reluctant to tell the world I was spending $100k on my wedding. No refunds on deposits either?

And next time he calls into pulp he will back pedal like a mofo and say how much he likes and respects Cooper....

$100k+ on a wedding?!  To each their own but I can't even fathom spending that kind of money on an event, that seems absolutely insane to me.  Maybe I'm just too poor to get it but damn Blink

His future wifes family is worth 9 figures. Forget how many billions their business sold for…

It's very possible the bride's family is paying for the wedding. If that's her dream, leave her alone.

I'm okay with criticizing racers but leave the WAGs out of it.

Can’t blame him one bit, even 8 months is a short time to book a wedding

He might be the smartest rider in the series. Bummed he won't be able to race but he did plan on being there so gotta give it to him on that. Congrats Justin.

A lot of people

My daughter was a wedding coordinator and every single wedding was over $100K. Obviously some spend 7 figures with crazy venues/ special guests/ etc.

I believe the average wedding is around $40K, but some spend more than that for just the venue.

He didn't post it his wife did. MXdN is irrelevant anyway. No matter who wins there are always excuses about why USA did or didn't win. Who gives a shit.

Shit, Some teams don't even want to send riders anymore. Everyone makes money off of it except teams and riders.

I don't blame JC for putting priority on his wedding.

Yea, its not that much money. I would say that's on the low end of the spectrum for where he grew up. Cookie cutter average Joe weddings that I went to in the last few years were all 70-80k.

Yea right? Like A big cheesy crust pizza and beer for everyone and I'm set lol.

Since when does the mxon debate start 10 months before the actual event? Soo much can change until then.

Grats to the engaged couple!
