Mirtl misappropriated funds or he didn’t. What could Casey Wasserman’s character have to do with that? Wasserman may be a scumbag but Mirtl would be no less a thief if that’s what the facts show. It’s the facts that matter. The courts don’t take anyone at their word to the exclusion of facts.

Dumb is thinking that anyone acting like a douche and doing something "just for clicks" is perfectly fine and helps maintain a stable society.
