What are y’all cooking up for SX Saturday? Since it’s in San Diego we’re gonna brew up some “white people tacos” and modelos (in the bottle of course) pics to come tomorrow….

 

i know there was a guy on here last season that was making some killer soups… what you got?

i know there was a guy on here last season that was making some killer soups… what you got?

White people tacos are the best! I like ground beef, Lawrey's seasoning, sour cream, and huge amounts of shredded Tillamook medium cheddar, and the stand up hard taco shells. I know I'm in the minority, but the authentic Mexican tacos are just a recipe for heartburn. Plus they don't use cheese, if the do it's the weird white cheese. 

With that said I got 2 Lobster tails, 4 crab cakes, a box of Red Lobster cheddar biscuit roll mix, a fresh bottle of Marie's Blue Cheese Vinaigrette and all the toppings for a great salad, 30 pack of Coors Light, a bottle of Crown Royal Reserve, and couple different types of Coke to mix with it.

Now just gotta go get the dogs some treats before qualifying and the first Playoff game starts. Going to be a great weekend.

My daughter has a play at 6 CST and then a cast party after that the parents are attending so it will be wings and pizza and me trying not to look at my socials for updates.

Left over pizza from our favorite place to re-heat in the oven, a couple of small steaks some steak fries and maybe a veggie (maybe lol). Oh yeah, I also have a fresh jug of Longbranch Bourbon to sip on and a nice ceegar to burn. I'm ready!

Think we are doing kabobs with steak, chops, shrimp, chicken, and sausage. A little bell pepper and onions, along with grilled broccoli, cauliflower, and corn. I'll try to remember to post some pics when I get it all on the grill later!

Wife is craving some buffalo wings.  Just gonna doordash from "It's Just Wings"  decent food but really great prices plus you get curly fries.  She goes for the garlic parmesan but I like the traditional buffalo sauce and teriyaki pineapple.  

We've got football on the TV, I've got supercross on my PC, 2 cases of white claw, all ready to go.

The mention of race day food always reminds me of Scottie.  He and I always brought it up in the race threads.  Sure miss that guy.  

I think Txdirt started the "Home cooking..."thread over in non-moto.  Man did that thing explode.  I tried to compete for a few days but those other guys are way next level.  Scottie and I thought a Round Table pizza was heavenBlush.

One of the few people I wouldn't wanna play beer pong against lol.  I was just thinking about him the other day because I need a new chair and he was always one of my go-to guys to get some opinions on. Drinking one for Scottie tonight for sure.

Just killed an entire XL vegan pizza and wings with the wife after riding Glen Helen today. Can’t wait for the race tonight 🫡

They turned out great. My wife is Latina so she knows how to make the “real stuff” but Saturday nights is my deal and she seems to approve of them lol

Since the 90,s I Lived by the moto .1 taco you pass up is 1 less taco you,ll ever have. I hv never seen 2 tacos look the same. The ultimate variety snack. Some will shock you when you pull the wrapper off some don’t hv a wrapper.  Like Whoa nice.
