Sadly had a friend from high school that had health issues where no matter how much exercise and how healthy they ate, they could not lose weight. Multiple different doctors and specialists and no one could find a way for them to overcome it. On the flip side of that, I also have a few friends that no matter how much or what they eat they can’t put weight on. Obviously this isn’t the norm for the majority, but it does happen.
