I’ve been a long time (almost 30 years now) Rodman fan and I was super shocked to see his busted ass on the broadcast. That dude is so out there!

When I was like 12 years old, I had a broken wrist and we were at the Hooters in Newport Beach, he pulled up in his boat. Sat at a table by us, and ended up getting him to sign my cast. Must of been 01 or 02.

There's a small thread here from 2017 with Rodman in a fox racing hat, when he did that whole Kim Jong Un thing. Guess we all overlooked the fact he must of been into mx for longer than some members here lol.

Rodman used to go to a restaurant in Costa Mesa called The Hub all the time. I knew most of the staff there, and he saw I was talking to a bartender who worked there. He tried swooping in, but couldn't get her attention because he didn't know her name and she was basically ignoring him. He turns to me and asks her name. I told him the wrong name. Gave me a good sock into my shoulder when he realized. Good times.

My friend used to be a team assistant with the Phoenix Suns. He told me stories of Rodman would get to the court early to warm up and then stay after the game to workout. He said Rodman told him one time he never wanted to be out worked or out hustled. I became a fan upon hearing that.

Rodman has roots back to Goodman, McGrath and Van Winkle. Kudos to the Lawrence's leadership to make this happen. Critiques will never understand what makes the sport grow.

Watching old games from the Bulls, than you see that MJ is the greatest but he needed Pipen and maybe even more Rodman so he could shine. How he jumped after every ball, into the stands? Yeah I'm going there too, Also about working hard: Nobody is born gifted in a technical sport, every pro is pro because he has some kind of work ethic that works for him or her.
