A couple things need to happen before Vital will be able to put this story to bed:

1. DC needs to fire Cotter
2. Carrie needs to fire DC
3. Carrie needs to be disbarred
4. MX Sports must relinquish the rights to US MX to Feld, then disband
5. The AMA must relinquish its rights to US MX to CMA, then disband
6. CMA needs to amend the claiming rule
7. Matt Walker should be banned from motocross
8. Brian Deegan should be banned from motocross
9. Bobby Regan should be banned from motocross, just after firing Haiden Deegan
10. Star racing needs to build Brennan a bike, assign its team back to Yamaha, then disband
11. Donnie Luce should be sent to a work farm in Siberia
12. Yamaha should be banned from motocross by CMA and Feld
13. Vital needs to boycott Yamaha products
14. The sponsor Chris needs to be banned from motocross
15. Rallye Motoplex needs to be banned from ever helping young local riders
