I've always been a hge Ryan Dungey fan, so two of my favorite races to watch are the 2011 Washougal 450 National where Dungey beat RV in his home state, and the 2013 Minneapolis 450 supercross rouund where Dungey caught and passed who is widely considers Dungey's greatest rival.

I liked Dungey's charge at Southwick when he started the race a half a lap down and Metty won the overall

That was another good one. He was almost a full lap down.

2006 Washougal. I like the beginning when Erin Bates ask’s RC about PED use in MX.

Laughing I don't remember that. Does he answer or just shrug it off?

Man go watch it, it’s pretty trippy how uncomfortable RC looks. I just happen to watch it last week.

86' Anaheim was still super epic. I have like 100 more after that , but it's a Sunday , and I sanded drywall for 6 hours strait in 90+ degree heat today , and my mind isn't working correctly. That's all I got at the moment.

Some might say people who start threads and then delete them when they don't get the response they expected are chode mongrels. I don't know what do you think Jim?

Pastrana at MXdN on the 125 when he jumped over Roncada.
Watching in person as Eli won his 250 debut at Hangtown.

Again witnessing Eli go faster on a bike at Hangtown in 2015 that I have yet to see be matched to this day.

I’m still trying to figure out how to be a construction guy and race dirtbikes. The last 2 weeks have been hot as hell and my riding suffered today.

Well.......I can say this. Doing this job for 30+ years , when I was younger I could work all week and still get the energy to go ride. Especially the past 5 years or so , when I crawl through my front door after a 60+ hour week......the last thing I'm thinking about is loading up my bikes on Saturday morning to go beat myself up some more. Sunday comes around , I feel better , but know damn well Monday is going to be another brutal day. Do I start the week off already tired and sore.

Definitely gets harder the older you get. Trying to find a balance is really tough some times.

Southwick 2011.

My profile pic is from the Wick a year later, first lap of the first moto. That was the day he knocked his gas cap off and made a pit stop and Rattray won the moto

I’m trying to find that balance myself. Some weeks are better than others, after racing 2 weekends in a row I was beat all last week. I’m trying to figure out how much gym work I can do and still be fresh for work.

High heat and humidity is my favorite weather. 80,s to 02 I worked construction in 43 states hhg drilling and utility. 7 days a week rig was more work days 21-30 straight. Anytime I ever got near a water jug with gateraid I drank a lot. We never had a 30 min break unless we where in the hvy union of the ne. Going out at night I didn’t drink as much beer. The 90,s where wild shacked up with a chic 6am rolls around pull your boots on and go to work. I would never survive that now. It only gets in the lower 90,s here for highs it’s muggy tho. I built 3 bikes and worked on a van on black top resently . I,m drinking 3 gal of water a day doing that. Doing pt 7 days a week trying to get my leg strong to get my bum knee better. I noticed that and being in the heat I,m a little tired in the morning. I was doing a test to see if I can work 12+ hrs outside . If I could handle utility const yet.

2003 Budds Creek. Stewart 40th to 1st on his trusty KX125. The place was going bananas everytime he made a pass. That guy was in a league of his own on that bike. I'm grateful that I got to witness him race so many times. Oh, and 2007 MXoN at Budds. RV put on a clinic. Best moto weekend of my life.
