Kinda surprised they DON’T have KTM/Husky/ Gas-Gas, they pretty much have everything else. Dozens and dozens of YCF’s, Kayo’s & Piranhas. Some looked worthy……. Did NOT see any Works Hondas or Kaws. *Still plenty o $5 SX shirts, too ! *Its in Westerville, Ohio. Allegedly worlds largest (?).

9K for a used 2020 RMZ450. We are living in some unique times. Looks like they have plenty of inventory.

Mind numbing to see a 72 CL450 Honda with something other than an OEM style paint job go for 53K! That's even more outlandish than a used 2020 RMZ450 going for 8999.

Boycott China whenever possible. Buy quality, preferably American.

...getting off soapbox.

Boycotting China is boycotting America. America made China. American businessmen made China. The American capitalist made China.

China is just cheap labor, an American businessman's wet dream. Cheap labor is just good capitalism. Capitalism is America. America is capitalism

It's a vicious circle. Prop up the communist to support your capitalism. Where does it end? Who wins in the end? What price does one put on their ideologies?

May you live in interesting times.

They're not going anywhere as long as they stay at this price point . There's a dealership in my area that sells Kayos . There used to be a KTM dealer in the area and two different dealers that sold Japanese brands . The KTM dealer is long gone and the other two now just work on bikes and sell some accessories .

There was a day, not too long ago in the scheme of things, when "made in Japan" meant "cheap junk" to many....and an even shorter time ago when "made in Korea" was seen as the same....
Looks like Chinese motorcycles are here to stay.
One of these current manufacturers may be viewed as the "Chinese Honda" or "Chinese Toyota" in 25-30 years...

In the meantime, I'm on the lookout for a $2,000 CRF 450 clone....Laughing

Who makes American dirt bikes, anyone? Harley now makes a adventure bike that would qualify I guess?

Well, there have been reports of a historic British brand testing dirt bikes, here, in the "Americas".

Funny-thing, based on our latest trade agreements...

Those US based factory team race bikes that are built from parts, here in the USA...and I mean the KTMs, Huskies, GasGas...possibly even some Honda and Kawasaki race bikes that are "built form parts"...could....possibly...be called "Made in the USA" or "Built in the USA". I find that kinda funny!

I'm thinking it's time for someone to build a dirt-bike in the USA, again. Someone call Horst Leitner, again! I think we can call it Laguna Moto and assemble it in "The OC" or "South County"...?

You think Harley Davidson could make it happen again? Would be cool, dirt bikes are cool too, not just baggers

Iron Pony and Micro Center. 2 uniquely good things about Columbus.

My Harley’s never been off the pavement and it’s a junky feeling POS. I can’t imagine how bad they could fuck up at engineering a dirtbike.

They rebadged Aermacchi dirt bikes in the 70s . They never actually built their own .

I love Iron Pony! Its like a giant Wal Mart with only motorcycle stuff. I gotta be careful how much money I take in there with me cause there is so much cool shit. Free shirt with every purchase over $100. Im sure Ive got at least 10 of them.

My brother bought a new street bike there last year. Me and his neighbor met him down there on our bikes and we took his new bike, directly off the floor, down to the triple nickle for break in. It is his first "sport" bike so we had a lot of fun on those curvy roads. It was a good trip

I only live an hour away, yet to go to those two stores. Some day tho.
