I had the exact same problems on my sxf 2016 and zera aluminum mounts fixed the problem

I have the Luxon mount with rubber cones. I am about to crank the fork lug bolts because I think that is where it is twisting. The Luxon mount does keep the bars from twisting.

At this point as much as I like the engine I am thinking about going back to GasGas. I just don't really want to drop the coin to do it. Ironically the harsh fork keeps getting better the more I ride it and tune it.

My buddy, his son, and myself all rode his '22 CRF250R back to back with my stock '22 CRF250R. The TBT Racing re-valve on the suspension was money well spent with much better bump absorption, comfort in the forks, and so much more planted all around the old school GP track we were riding - huge improvement over the stock setting. The 110 width rear Pirelli Scorpion MX32 had better traction pretty much everywhere with no extra weight/inertia feeling that I noticed. Picture below is the bike with the 110 rear tire......

Everytime he has a simple tip over I have to pull the front apart and readjust everything including bar mounts. Growing very tired of that and have new bar mounts coming. Had small crash yesterday and dented the hell out of the fuel tank. Going to be $1k + in 2 average crashes so far.

I get these new bikes are light, but damn its adding up. Sending the suspension out next week for a rebuild and revalve.

We are talking about the upper and lower triple clamp and fork lugs getting out of alignment. You have to loosen all those bolts and retorque so no cost involved but time.

The last time I straightened mine I cleaned and did not grease the big end of the axle and so far so good. I also cleaned the clamping surface on forks and clamps but they were not dirty so I am not sure if that helped. I also cranked down on the axle nut quite a bit.
