You guys never care when a emotional girl has an opinion about mx (or anything else in general) before, why would anyone care now?

Here's my stance on it

Max's wife made a heat of the moment post, surely out of frustration. I do not believe she meant any ill-intent towards Suzuki or the RMZ as a product but was overcome with emotion from a mechanical failure, after seeing how much effort Max goes through every day to train and be ready. Understandable...racing is their livelihood and all they know at the moment. ChooChooo....here comes the fucking Matthes freight train to blow shit off the rails. Matthes jumped all over it like TMZ on a Kardashian.

I don't disagree with what Steve said and his stance on it. The problem I have with Steve is that the Anstie's and HEP squashed the *minor* issue within days of the original message, however Steve is now going on week 3 of blowing this out. He has talked about it on every single one of his pods since the Southwick race.

Steve tried to callout Milly for not using discretion in what she posted about. But that's hypocritical. Sometimes Steve needs to use discretion on his end and know when to shut his mouth and let a topic go. This whole topic isn't worthy of being discussed on every single pod for weeks on end, but Steve HAS to prove he is on the good side of this. This topic should have been done after he covered it on the first Pulp show after Southwick, but JFC he just can't let it go.

So, who is really doing more damage here to Suzuki/HEP? Milly's original message on social was probably viewed by a few thousand people and a couple resulting Vital threads (guessing here) But think about the reach Steve has with all of his pods.....he has literally scaled this minor incident into a huge issue that has now probably reached into the hundreds of thousands of fans. And to make matters worse, he had the balls to drop by the team rig to "talk". BS....he went over there to stir the fucking pot and keep the drama/story going.
Your missing one critic element in your argument. That is Steve’s job….. He made a valid point and with a small sport everyone will talk about it.

I’m sure she and Max had a private conversation about it. He probably explained that her post was dumb and to move on and not do it again 🤷‍♂️

She probably should have said oopsie, I was being dumb and made a mistake when I posted that and apologized to the team. Max very well may have done that on Pulp last night, I haven’t had a chance to listen to it yet.

Keefer literally sat on the show last night and said his wife wanted to talk shit many times before and he told her absolutely not. It's not a good look for anyone in any situation to have their wives/girlfriend spouting about your profession and it doesn't do any good for either side.

Orrr, like mentioned a couple pages back she could've went on instagram and did a quick post saying "sorry, in the heat of the moment I let my emotions get in the way and blamed the team for my husbands bad day. The team, Max and I are working hard to improve our results and we look forward to the next race"
