If a race is red flagged because of your crash then I’m not sure you should be able to lineup on the restart.

Not sure about this.

not Cool!!! shouldn't be allowed to race. Also no mention of hunter lawrence going from 4th down to 18th in the race before the red flag? Crashed I guess and gets lucky its a new start.
