Dammm. Always liked Davi, never huge fan, but hearing him on the pulp show was amazing. And unexpected.

The honesty, hot takes, and the overall conversation during the show was spot on. Hope he comes on the show again. He was a good co host .

Yup, great show. Davi was great. Glad he’s positively come out the other side of those nasty thoughts.

On a side note, my rant of the week if you will. Why put the absolute minimal words in a thread name? Whats with people just putting “riders-last-name”. Why not put what the thread is actually about eg. “Millsaps on Pulp”
No big deal but always found it weird. heck you’d get more clicks and discussion of the thread is topic specific.

I haven't listened to the Pulp Show, but Davi did a really good Swap Moto Live show with Donn Maeda last year, where he talked quite a bit about that last concussion. Really gave me a newfound respect for the guy.

ETA: And if he was as comfortable on the Yamaha as he said he was, I really think he would have wrecked shop in '18.

Davi was really good.

He's an unreal talent on a bike and the amount of experience he has racing and all the different teams. He's been through the grinder with injuries but he's had many high moments. He's done it all in this sport.

The stories about the Alessi's was great.

One of the funnest people to be around at the races. The year he spent in Canada was a riot.

Just listened today. He was absolutely great... And again kudos for Steve for just being straight. Yes I said you were lazy, but I stand by that because I talked to people and had an informed opinion... and Davi came to the same realisation later...

Absolutely spot on about Roczens criticism of Dean. “Be aware of your surroundings”. Bro you just got docked for jumping a red flag! Brilliant.

Yep, he was awesome. He might be the best Ex Pro co host yet!

I loved the part about his dad doing an engine swap. Makes you wonder what Tony was doing to those bikes that we still don’t know.

Davi is a super funny guy. I have known him 20 years. Our first time on a RacerX cover was Davi on the March 03 cover...an enlarged version is on my wall in front of me as i write this.

His Dad is pretty cool and funny too....him and Tony went at it a bit. Cops got called at Las Vegas Mini's one year. LOL

Great insight into his head injury and it's impact on his life. Davi was a good co-host and i hope we see/ hear from him more often moving forward.

Huge Davi fan here. Always wanted to be exactly like him on 80s, even tried to self install a Davi donut on my helmet. Have a rookie no fear jersey of his up in my garage.

I still believe in the donut and it makes damn good sense, people just think it's "uncool" or ugly

I agree! It’s especially bad every Saturday night. A million threads like:

Barcia

Good job he did good

Back to the origins post though, Davi was great on PulpMX this week. Really enjoyed his commentary and co-host abilities. Hopefully he sits in again!

He touched on it, but couldn't say exactly what it was for legal reasons.

It wasn't weed and it wasn't steroids he said. And he had a prescription for it.

It sounded like after an awful season at Kawi they found a reason to let him go and took it. Even Matthes said if he was having a good year someone would've just thrown whatever was in there away.

Hearing him talk about suicidal thoughts really struck me. I'm glad he didn't.

Great show. A lot better than listening to him suck off Keefer and talk about e-bikes for 4 hours. Davi needs to be a regular cohost.

Listening to him suck off Keefer doesn't sound like great content, glad I missed that one.

I know he really helped Alex Ray a few years ago. He showed him the proper way to train and rode with him. Alex went from glad to make the night show to making mains on a regular basis.

I think it would be amusing if someone went back and bumped every thread that was just titled "Dungey" to the top. You'd open the forum, and you'd have 200 threads with the exact same title at the top.

He mentioned working wanting to work with AP. That would be a great fit. He was a great co host on the Pulp show. One of the best in recent memory. Hopefully he is able to come back
