My wife can't stand the smell of SC1. Would this be considered a deal breaker? I really need your advice. Thanks.

Total deal breaker. My wife polishes our furniture with SC1.

I use use it as a dessert topping

And a floor wax

And it works as a deodorant in a pinch.

My kids and I saw the air freshners at the shop for the first time and we grabbed a couple. We all thought for sure their mother was going to say something when we hung them in the car and my daughter was in tears laughing about it. But nope, nothing, no reaction, no comment not a thing.

SC-1 will always be in the garage (and on my furniture)...but, I recently tried the Muc-Off Silicone Shine (part # 227US)
Its a pretty fresh smell and maybe not as pungent for her.... hopefully this advice saves your marriage Wink

I detail my truck with SC1 so I am reminded of moto driving to work lol.

SC1 is the secret sauce for cleaning and restoring the black plastic on RC Cars....

My dogs hate it though. The stuff makes the wood floors soooo slippery. He comes in a falls on his face. haha

On my RCs I use this stuff called Endust, that you can get at walmart or whatever for really cheap. It smells lemonish and works great. I go through that stuff like crazy, along with SC1 on my bikes. But I just found Endust to be easier on the wallet for all of my racing RC stuff and leave the SC1 for the bikes. Endust does work on bikes too.

Had a good run of running into The Dogger in the parking lot we religiously tailgated at for Anaheim Supercross. On a side note, he was always really cool with us and would hang for a beer or two. One of the times we got a kick out of seeing Ronnie's then wife spraying down her cowboy boots with SC1! All that night we called it...

why not try the topkote, it smells great also! i prefer sc1 but topkote is also good

Ronnie is a moto party legend. Cool dude. Got me S-faced drunk at a dealer show once. It's hard to keep up with that guy, in more ways than one!

I shined up my boys new to us cobra for Christmas. Wife found the smell offensive to her sniffer. As payback I brought Covid home from work and now she can’t smell anything, jokes on her.

(Disclaimer Covid was an accident, were all good.)
