Trying to figure out what to have for grub at the race next weekend. Usually do steak, fish, pork tenderloin, burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken salads.

Wanting something new. Thinking about some chicken quesadillas on the grill, maybe some kebabs, not sure what else looking for ideas to change it up. Will be at the track Thursday - Sunday

Shit, y'all are fancy! Wheat bread and honey and maybe some PB&J. I usually save the hard core grilling for the house when I'm done unloading/cleaning.

I have always believed hot dogs to be safe. They sit in hot water forever basically being sterilized. Burgers and chicken can get funky too easily being out in the world. Hot dogs are technically cooked when you buy them, they’ve been smoked (or some sort of cooking) because if they were technically raw, they’d be like a mushy soup. They put in a casing and cooked. That’s how they are firm and keep their shape and why you can eat them cold.

Hot dogs are typically safe, IMO

I usually just have Ruth’s Chris come out and cater. Filet mignon with asparagus and lobster mac-n-cheese is my go-to. Nothin’ fancy.

Kids love them and super easy to make. All about easy on race days,I have enough trouble keeping myself fed on race days.

When I was in my '20's...I did just that. Then I grew up and realised the company didn't like that shit. Bills had to be paid and kids need fed. Kids do what they wanna to do...grown ups do what they have to do.

Don’t mess around get you a 2” thick ribeye Prime 1, French bread and roast you some beef bones. Spread the marrow on the bread. And just Lawrys garlic salt on the ribeye. Maybe some crispy French fries with garlic aoli

I had cold carrot cake after my ride today. The icing looked like a carrot though.
