I know it’s just a forecast and weather changes a lot day to day, but it looks like Sunday could be interesting! Maybe at the very least some moisture gets into the dirt!

Bring it on! Seven rounds of the same shitty conditions would suck

I wonder if it is a mudder how they go turning the track around for the next race if the dirt is water logged

Dude, I would lose my shit if it's a mudder and it ends up being like Barcia, Bagget, Brayton, and then who knows. It'd be fun for a little switch up during this craziness. I'm on the Tomac train, but it'd be awesome for 6 rounds in the same stadium to throw a little curve ball in there.

Judging by how fast the track dried out last Sunday, I’d say a little moisture couldn’t hurt. But yea, a mudder thrown in the the mix could be very interesting.

On a side note, was there a reason they are racing during the day when it’s hotter and dries the track out faster and not run under the lights.

It's salt lake it'd be dry by morning. And you need the dirt wet to build anyway.

Tomac is a very capable mud rider! Has been for the past couple years, I’m not sure it’s really a disadvantage for him!

That could actually shakes things up. Not the day to get a bad start and get caught in some chaos.

There's no arc that could possibly endure the Sunday Mudder.

If my past 19 years living in Utah has taught me anything it’s that a rainstorm in the summer won’t create any mud. It will maybe keep dust down for like 5 minutes.

It never rains here and when it does its over before it started and the sun will be out. We have been having the driest spring/summer on record. Mudder, not going to happen.

I've seen it dump buckets here in June with crazy thunderstorms and snow along the foothills of the Wasatch.

You jinxed it.

9 years of living on VitalMX has taught me the only type of rain that occurs is in the biblical form. Take that for what it's worth though...

Biblical amounts of rain would be fitting not only for the location, but also because of how many times God has been mentioned by the riders over the two races so far.

Not making a religious statement, but it’s kind of funny when you think about it...

Mud brings a higher risk of a DNF for all the riders but Tomac has been the best in the mud the last couple of years.

I'm hoping for a mudder. I want to see sh!t go sideways to add some excitement to the 450 championship. Otherwise, ET3 is riding away with this and the final 3-4 rounds will be a snooze fest.

Tomac looks relaxed. He’s been through SX heartbreak, and it’s seems he doesn’t fear it.
He’s not defensive. Just attacking the track.

I can't blame what you say. That's what it looks like.
Eli will probably bring home the championship, but for the effort roczen is putting in, i'd like he win the championship too.
That said, when is eli going to retire? After this summer? Or end of 2021?
Or retiring in the middle of the season?
