he definitely has the speed, hard to say if he can actually keep ahead of villo and alessi though and reed is only going to get better, so I say if he got a good start ran away and alessi and villo and reed were too busy battling each other and held each other up, I think it's totally possible for him to, hell at one point i thought he was gonna win glen helen lol

He'll have a chance the first few rounds I think, but after that it's going to be a lot more difficult with Reed and Alessi getting faster.

He has the speed but it looks like he got tight at the end of both motos.. still looks super fast and it is very impressive to see RV and Grant up front in their first season of riding 450's outdoor..

It's actually really nice NOT to know who's going to win this weekend. Hey James is a great rider, but I'm kind of glad he took the summer off.

It's nice knowing the championship isnt locked up. Be nice to have five or six riders that can win. I'd like to see Short win a race, and Ferry, Grant, Alessi, Milsapps. Reed will be strong too. I think this will be a nice series.

I dont think Ferry has a chance at winning even a moto, not because he hasnt got the spped. The guy just cant get better than 25th place start.

I think all of the motos will go to Villopotto, Grant, Reed, and Alessi. With RV2 and Alessi winning the majority.

Hell Yah he can.

Yes.

With qualifications.....

1. He needs to train and get "Man" strong. He doesn't do enough in that he's a little lazy and relies on his natural ability too much.

2. He needs to keep the attitude he has. He's not intimidated by anyone. Great outlook for a tough racer.

Awesome style for a rider.

I am slowly becoming a Grant fan. I used to not be able to stand him but over the last year he has changed my mind. I would like to see him win a few this year.

Yes he looked really good at GH--very smooth & ran his own pace. Not bad for the rookie. Seems the the new guard (Villo, Alessi & Grant) are ready to take over.

He could. I don't look for him to slice through the pack and get one, but with a pair of good starts on his kind of track, I think it could happen. He rides very well from the front.

Mt. Morris, I think...

I'll be the lone desenting vote. NO, he will not win a race. Not as long as Villopoto shows up.
