The moto industry could save itself a lot of anguish by not having all of these press releases and discussions about updated schedules. Things are evolving SO fast across the world, especially in N America. Just look how much has changed in 14 days....Just say "racing is suspended indefinitely, once we have information from the state and federal governments that we can resume we will communicate an updated schedule".

Who thinks outdoors starts in June in Florida as scheduled?

The ticket seller may be cancelling because all new ticket sales will have a warning disclaimer on them. Anyone who bought tickets prior to this shutdown would have legal standing to sue if they contracted Chinese Flu at the race.

The Olympics in Japan are canceled in July of this year.

They canceled the Isle of Man in June

They already canceled SX and Hangtown.

I think running MX nationals by Mid June is just pie in the sky. I think it is much worse than we were led to believe last month, hence not the seriousness of the situation. Now it seems seriously affecting all of us everywhere.

Not a domesdayer, but lots of lives changed since last week. For good, time will tell.......

So why not start the series again after outdoors like Guy B said. And make the final round a triple crown event the same weekend that Monster cup runs ? Just take out Monster cup and make it the final round of the series. Maybe if we are luck a couple of rounds before as well. Nothing is going to start up again until June if we are lucky.
