Webbs racing maturity and his solid stamina and attitude is impressive. Rest of the competition better take notice asap and step it up a notch or three.

More than talent, i’d say he is followed by the right people, and has an incredible determination.
I don’t like his style on the bike..

What a coincidence he has a number 1 on his bike too. Who could’ve expected the rider with the #1 plate to do well?

Webb's biggest talent is between his ears.

Imagine Eli with Coop's headgame...?

I'm very happy for Webb. Now that he's recovered from being sick, he appears to be back in form.

He stepped it up and he is playing the long game and taking a book out of dungeys play book which is podium as much as you can and win a few races here and there. Also decoster lighted a fire under his ass.

Yes, totally. Or RC, or Chad in his prime.

That was impressive by Webb last night, feels like a bit of a turning point in this Championship... going to be good to the end this year I think.

I think getting over his sickness is the biggest thing. I am not sure about the DeCoster story being real. It does not add up. Cooper's struggles at the beginning were from being really sick not lack of desire. I seriously doubt the guy with the #1 plate would be lacking desire to win.

Tru dat!

Seems like Webb and AC do the best on tighter tracks. But man Webb looked strong.

Literally untouchable.

Whoever wants to win the championship will have to beat Webb, he ain't gonna fall.

Well Ralph is the one who keeps saying it . So i take everything i hear from him with a grain of salt . Like was DeCoster going to drop him for being sick at the second round, what a load of crap imo

We already saw it. Their names were Villopoto, Dungey, Reed, Carmichael.

Webb has a contract. I doubt Roger threatened to terminate that. What I don't doubt is that Roger reaffirmed his belief that he knows what Webb is capable of and asked what he needed to reach his potential. (Crafty Roger knows the bike and support aren't the problem). This led Webb to acknowledge/own his problems...which turns out to be nothing more than self doubt. Roger purged him and Webb rode like a Jedi. True story.

Not a Webb fan but man Kenny and Eli better pick it up. His 12th in STL put him back a little bit, but he's only 9 points out now and his worst finish other than STL is a 4th

It would be awesome to see a three way battle late in the season.

He's a little pitbull, and he's deceptively fast. Just a different style to someone like Tomac. Tomac rails corners and gets around the track in a hurry through sheer speed and wide open throttle. Webb gets around the track in a hurry...and many times just as fast as Tomac by cutting corners low to perfection, throttle control, and reducing the amount of distance he travels. They're both incredible at what they do. They are the best out there at what they do, and I think the title will be won by Webb or Tomac as long as neither gets hurt. Just my thoughts and prediction.

We had a four way battle at this point last year and then Webb separated himself.

Yeah I think the rest of the field might be in trouble. We will see if Roczen and Tomac avoid their usual one or two bad races on the season. If they don't, big trouble for them. I don't see Webb handing this championship over easily like Anderson did. If someone beats him they're gonna have to earn it and it will likely go down to the final round.

Dungey had zero holes in his game and did a LOT of winning. He won a ton of races and titles. Not sure i can give webb that same space, but i do see what you're saying to a point.

His determination is pretty unreal. Shit doesn't often get the best of him, he knuckles down and gets a solid result almost all the time.

Something has to go pretty fucking sideways for him to not be in it.
