Too many cooks in the kitchen can lead to "I thought you did it...."
However if it's organised, 4 people is ideal, two on the tools- one each side of the bike, and another two getting parts and tools ready and within reach.
I was surprised to see the Yamaha crew didn't actually look organised? With so much experience though I'm sure they're fine.

Yeah, I’m sure they’ve practice the All hands on deck approach plenty of times in case something like this happens. At least they’d be smart to. Amazed they could do that in such little time! I would have a panic attack and doubt myself on so many things if I had to do that.

I think organized chaos. If unorganized I think there would be yelling. I think everyone did what they needed and got it done

Back in the 2t days when I was a mechanic, I used to cheat motor swaps by having the spare engine full of oil and with the radiators on it as well and full of coolant- then all you need to do is pipe, carb, mounts and you're done in about 10 minutes.

Nope that's how they sneak the nitrous through.

Call me crazy......but I see Barcia with at least a top 5 tonight. He seems to be fired up! Even before the 1st motor went!
