Budds creek 2007. Epic 3 way battle between Dungey, Lawrence, and Grant. Epic Carmichael-Stewart battle in the 450 class. Change my mind.

Steel City when Langston’s wheel exploded.. RC had the 250 class wrapped up, and he dropped down to the 125 class to break Barnett’s record.
So much drama that day..pit boards we’re going off like tweets

Absolutely, no question in my opinion. There have been lots of great battles, lots of heat come from behinds. But nothing compares that magic day.

Anehaim ‘86. The new kid Johnson battling Bailey with everything he had for 20 laps. So many lead changes, a wierd track, and RJ.

One of the first that came to my mind, not sure if I’d put it at #1 but it’s def up there. Same with Budds Creek 2003 125 moto 2. Vintage Bubba, last to first like they were standing still

1990 Atlanta tops them all.

Some of the others were good battles, but I can’t think of a race since that had so many different possible winners.

Almost was awesome but I’d take LA Colosseum or however the venue is spelt RJ from last to fist getting Ron right at the end. The peristyle was alway so cool to watch.

Atlanta 1990 supercross. Ward, Johnsosn, Stanton, O'Mara, Bradshaw, Cooper... so many leads. Tight racing nobody ran away with it.

Also I was there that night to see it in person.

Herlings vs Cairoli

Matterley basin 2018

Herlings goes around the outside of Cairoli on a nasty off camber corner with his feet on the pegs.
