I can't say anything bad about either guy. Both are highly skilled riders. The one thing that I thought was cool about Raha was the fact he responded to my questions about suspension settings to a nobody like myself. That meant a lot.

When the only argument against someone is "rich kid", it says a lot about the person saying it and not much about the kid. Talent, work ethic, hardships, and humility comes from all walks of life.

I think people forget that Axell was about 4 days away from jumping 400ft and that Raha can get close to 50ft on a quarter pipe.

What makes these two any different to a Bradshaw character?? Apart from being born 20 years later

Cant stand Raha and the whole punk scene.

I’ve yet to see this shitty attitude you guys are alluding to. Everything I see him post is about having fun, being thankful for what he has, and doing it his way. I’ve also seen a lot of heaping praise from fellow riders and film makers that are happy to see his recent success.

All this leads me to believe you’re making an asinine judgement about someone’s character based on nothing but his style. Who would I rather hang out with, a guy who’s made his own way and doesn’t care what anyone thinks about it, or the douchebags at the track who sneer and talk shit on anyone who doesn’t fit their image.
Nothing personal to either guy. I am generalizing the image that comes with the Metal Mulisha and them being "hardcore".....sometimes calling others out for being posers. It's all BS.

Also, before you get high and mighty with...."Who would I rather hang out with, a guy who’s made his own way and doesn’t care what anyone thinks about it, or the douchebags at the track who sneer and talk shit on anyone who doesn’t fit their image."...think again. The Metal Mulisha has been doing this for well over a decade.

I have nothing against Axell and his skills are not in question. I do have something against calling a "C" rider a national champion though. To prove both sentences, I present the fact that the dude got 2nd in the B class the following year.

Weird that Raha is bragging about hitting him because Axel doesn’t appear to have a scratch on him...

Funny thing is that as we talk about this rich kid and daddys money (Hodges) , Raha actually means money in finnish language Grinning

Nobody on here has said who “Raha” is. I know what a Axel is but not a Raha. Tried googling and had no luck

Edit: Screwed up and was googling Rara.

Exactly. Fighting makes you stupid unless it's necessary, which it certainly is not in this situation.

Maybe they were just trying to create some buzz for X Games, and X Games related paraphernalia?

2nd in b class is impressive.
He followed the rules like everyone else who wins the C. Some guys can't afford to go as kids or only come into their own on big bikes. I remember everyone ragging on this kid when he was a teenager because he was a C class hero who could whip and lived next to MC. But as a racer Axell was legit. After that 2nd in the B class the next 2 years he qualified for Lorettas in the A class. He didn't set the world on fire there but only a fraction do. He tried, I imagine few who rag on him here about choosing to do monster whips and stunts for the camera instead of racing got anywhere near as far as he did racing.

Are his parents Finnish? Seems something got mixed up in the translation. Instead of naming him Easy Money, they named him Cheesy Money! 🤣

And...another one bites the dust.

You may have come on here for a good time, and to spew your opinions. That's fine...within reason.

If you want to toss out your opinion, and let me know what you think is happening, that's fine. But if I tell you what's happening (and I have no reason to give you anything other than the truth), and you question it? You're questioning my credibility. That I take seriously. El Oh El.

2nd in the b is very impressive. If you were at Loretta's 365 days before you got 2nd in the b class, you were never a c rider in first place. I think that's Callahan's argument here.
