That was total beast mode. Hard to deny it when he's on, he's just unreal. His fastest lap was 2 seconds faster than everybody else. 17th on the start to first, winning by +10 seconds. Just amazing to watch.

Eli has been very consistent this season. I think the word you’re looking for is “dominant.”

Eli is so great that if he takes 3rd people think there’s something wrong. I think he’s just matured and learned to back it down if the wins not there. Maybe he learned from Dungey.

I don’t look down on any of the riders, quite the opposite. I just don’t agree with the whole FMOTP talk. There is currently 6 guys that can win a moto and a few others who have/ can also win Motos. I just like to see good racing, but I’ve become a big fan of Roczen over the last few years.

I would LOVE to say the fastest man on the planet is American but let's be real. Not since RV has that been the case. I'd take Eli in a series against all but one guy though which isn't too shabby.

Eli was something to behold today in person...unbelievable speed. There are weeks where he is just one of three top guys, but no one else in the US has his raw, savage speed on tap.

2nd moto today was something else...

Sure. Eli is the FMOTP until he is not. Today his bike was working great, and Eli looked like he was in a position that he could make that bike do whatever he wanted it to. I think when he is comfortable like this, he might well be the fastest man on the planet for that day but he has shown that there are days when he is not so comfortable and on those days he is managing. I do not think that he is the Fastest Man on the Planet those days.

Still don’t think he looks as good on this bike as last year yet. Suspenders still bouncing around a lot, looked more controlled last year.
