If the damn AMA doesn't pull their heads out of their asses on our drug testing policy and find a middle road between where we were and where we are with the "confused" FIM group they're going to wind up ruining some up and coming young athletes career.
For crying out loud they "dun" retired Stew what's next ??!!
An elite athlete is an elite athlete, it is not going to make a local pro all the sudden start going warp 10
But the elite athletes who can go warp 10 (or 11, because it's one better than 10), using a PED can allow them to train at a higher level longer, increasing race fitness and the ability to maintain that speed for a longer period of time.

Also, when Feld signs up to be affiliated with the FIM, is there a contract or some sort of legal document that can be written, like a clause or something that states we don’t abide by the FIM’s punishment, but will implement our own punishment which we think is fair?
GuyB, Cooksey, you guys have any idea?

From an interview I did with Sexton at 2018 Anaheim 2 triple crown.
Pit Row
My opinion is he was using asthma medication to open his lungs and improve cardiac response. 250 SX riders are NOT tested, so when he got the call to ride the 450 he assumed it was out of his system.(NOT FACT, pure speculation) That is my guess. A penalty for intentionally using the substance should be 4 races, not 2 years.

I haven't closely followed Craig's results since the event in '18 that he was tested. And the '19 date he wrote that he was informed of the tests findings. He's been injured a bit hasn't he? Dave put up some of his results, showing he's been able to continue racing.
I can certainly understand he would be stressed about what may come of this, and, it seems to be exactly what he is highlighting in in his writings. It certainly is strange, but, par for the course ( and Not bloody good enough), the time involved, but, once again, he's been allowed to continue to race, by the authorities.
He says, by mutual agreement on both sides, no comments / revelations were to be made. Yet, he's just broken that stated ( by him) agreement. With the vindictive nature of WADA ( and USADA, in other, non MC related cases I've seen over the years) and the FIM, I fear, for him, that he might just have brought said vindictiveness down on himself, with his need to get this situation, off his chest, so to speak. I truly hope that's not the case, and, within that 30 days he refers to, this Sword of Damocles is lifted from his neck.
