Just saw on the IG that Ronnie Mac got is two-ninety-5 back from Hangtown. Anybody know why?

Lots of funny comments on the old IG. I am not a fan of his but hey I am down for some good gossip.

You need the secret decoder available now for a limited time from your local dealer in specially marked dime bags.

Ronnie was supposed to race the nationals and hangtown refunded his $295 entry fee

Well how would you protect yourself from liability when the person signing is using a fake name? Crazy DC would even consider letting him race as "Ronnie", I know MX is far from mainstream, but this would just move it in the direction of professional wrestling....I know lighten up...

Yeah I wouldn't compare straight rhythm to a National

Is this surprising to anyone? Did anyone really think he was racing?

It's not a sanctioned event.

I wouldn’t want to be on the same race track as that ass clown. He’s a joke.

What is his point? Even if they did let him race, what's his point? Is he trying to use the Nationals to gain some sort of advertisement/increased fan base for his character so he sells more merch or what exactly is he trying to accomplish here? Not a lover or hater of the guy but how would you not feel like a complete fucktard knowing you're going to be an unnecessary obstacle on the track for the majority of the field to navigate around while wearing duct taped overalls?

I love me some Ronnie Mac fuckery but the nationals is where I draw the line. He’s literally a joke. Don’t make a joke of our professional series

Ronnie Mac is totally played out. And he needs to go away.

If Albertson wants to race a national he should race it as himself...ride the 97 Honda if he wants too...

Even if he is in last I bet he would sell a ton of t-shirts and other crap. People will buy anything. Also boost his IG following.
If he somehow makes a decent living it beats the 9-5 I would guess.

People saying he shouldn’t be out there care too much..
As long as he races properly then I feel If he qualifies then he should ride, he might actually do ok.

97 Honda isn't even legal.

Uncle Ronnie hit his peak long before he gained any sort of mainstream moto notoriety. Posting roached out goon vids in 2012-2014 on YouTube was peak Mac. Once he began his partnership with FMF it went downhill quickly

Publicity stunt. He knows he can't sign up as a fictional character.

This is exactly what it is.

I loved "Ronnie" for the first.... 3 or 4 years. Now it's just the same rehashed boring shit. I think Jimmy misses being out there banging bars and racing as Ronnie allows him to ride his dirtbike in front of large crowds again. I feel kind of bad for the guy.... It's getting pretty desperate.

It’s sad to see. Reminds me of a circuits/rodeo clown that wants to be the front act, but doesn’t have the talent. Please stay out and away from the Nationals, this isn’t WWE.

I’ve raced him before he was Ronnie Mac. He’s certainly no joke. Dude came by me at Millville casing Holy Schmidt with one hand on the bars. The only joke would be watching him fly by you like you’re standing still. FYI, not a Ronnie fan. It’s funny sometimes, but him trying to infiltrate the pro scene is ridiculous.

Were we suposed to think DC and the AMA were going to allow some idiot dressed in a clown suit and a clapped out bike to line up at a pro race? Ronnie is a circus side show and thats where he belongs. Also the charachter is totaly played out.

Everybody loves this guy but wonders why no one wants to take our sport seriously. Sheesh.
