Link isn't working for me but 2 years it totally unreasonable IMO. Especially when it takes the FIM over a year to come to that conclusion.

I don’t think they had much choice but to do two years. It would’ve looked even more dumb if it says it was a One year penalty long after the one year mark has passed.

Given this is a European process...completely normal..anyone who has worked for/with a European managed company knows this..

Can’t even check into a hotel over there without a long drawn out process...that takes 45mins...(when it should take 5)..

Ok...if you break a rule, at least show the effect. Certainly if you cheat there's a good reason. Show me. Who was harmed by broc? Where did he suddenly win races? Where did he a win championship out of nowhere? Who's ride did he steal? Show lap times dropping. Show recovery times for an injury reduced significantly. Show me any effect brocs supposed doping had on his results. They don't exist because there was no gain. I think a mistake was made and nothing more. Broc got caught doing 26mph in a 25mph speed zone and was fucked over for it. He was made an example of by WADA.

This whole process seems very amateur at best. Its a shame all testing and penalties cant be kept in house. I still am confused about the whole FIM world champion deal when the whole series is in 1 country. Seems gimmicky and causes a lot more problems then what its worth. Most things go back to $$$$ and im sure the FIM involvement in AMA is somehow related

Honestly did anyone except anything different? if i was broc I would of taken a Canadian ride where you make 100k than just sit in limbo. Plain as day the film was going to screw him over just like clason and js7
