I was 15 at the time and owned CR 125 and that book was huge for me, I couldn't afford anything in it but I would dream of how cool and fast my CR would be.

That first CR125 had a whole hop up industry built around it. THE most significant MX bike of all time.

Hey newmann, you wouldn’t happen to have a pic of the RD 350 DG pipe advertisement would you? I want to get collector plates for my RD with the DG pipes on it,period correct mods are allowed but I need a advertisement of them.

I used some of the products in this book back in the day. The shock lay down kit for my 75 Cr125 was the best thing I ever did to that bike.

Oh man! Newmann , that is exactly the year I remember getting hooked on this sport! I was 8 years old , we moved to the country on a 110 acre farm and my dad rode the wheels off his 1969 Kawasaki 238 scrambler , and got my my first real bike ( 1975 XR75 ). Around 78-79 I went to my first real MX race to watch at Woodland MX. Between those years , all the way up to the mid 90's , were all magical for me. Gawd I love these threads!

I still have the DG BMX frame I got at the DG shop in 1976. Chuck Robinson was a college buddy of my uncle and he worked there as the BMX guy. I’ll never forget walking around looking at all the race bikes, then getting to the bicycle section and picking out all the parts I’d been dreaming about.. great memories, thanks for posting that catalog
