previously stated I can see why there is some dampening or resistance to changing settings on every other lap but you got to cater to the rider to a certain point

I was on the floor at the corner before the finish line at Houston, and it was not clutch IMO, I know what a slipping clutch sounds like. IMO opinion he figured he was already out of it and would rather have someone/anyone else beat Webb so handed him a position.
