So the guy has a YouTube channel.
Can't they find him and bust him and all his buddies who are shown on the video?

The solution is simple, but city officials everywhere are too weak.

If only the wheelie boys knew how much they got under your skin ... they would have so much more motivation to continue.

It's like some of you look forward to the weekly wheelie boys topic so you can bitch about them online.

Motocross is so far away from the general publics awareness that saying wheelie boys makes MX look bad doesn't hold any water.

Some days I really wish I had the lack of courtesy and obedience to the man to just hop on my two stroke and RIP some wheelies down the road. Plus as a wheelie boy i wont have to pay all these fees to the dmv or have to pay for insurance anymore!
At least they always have on proper PPE while doing 3rg gear fender scrapers... lol

They make cannons that shoot a net to trap flocks if birds. That should do a fairly good job of stopping them.

Like others, I'm unsure why more is not being done. On the theft side and illegal use.

Whether we think they will use the riding area's or Not,
we should all get behind the idea and be loud about it , and try to convince everyone that that is THE SOLUTION that way maybe we will end up with more public riding area's
And that is a WIN! If they dont use them
Even better lol

They are afraid that one of these morons on the bikes is going to get hurt while cops pursue. It will then turn into one of those white cop racist black lives matter things.

Right but everyone says they wont ride there anyway
So get a track built on county land for the real Moto crowd to use.
And use Tax money to do it!

What pisses me off the most is that nothing is being done about these idiots, but at the same time I can't ride in the hills on already cut in trails without people freaking out or a ticket and possibly having my bike impounded..

Best case scenario would be a semi truck taking 50 or 60 out as they run a 4 way intersection. Wishful thinking anyways

One year open season on wheelie boys, ends the whole thing. Got ZERO to do with race.

Does a Fox surpreme Jersey and gloves count as proper PPE?

Oh wait! we can’t forget the surpreme goggles on the head sideways!

Plenty of tracks nationwide. Load up pay, ride.

Let me guess, "I have a black friend..."

Are we starting to see why I'm not fond of these threads?

If i get blocked ok. But that's i used to know them.
Fixed some bikes for one the Guys he made a lot of money but didn't know how to turn a wrench.

Be prepared they are not all poor suckers with no money and use the Wheelie Boy Scene as a relieve.
I know quit a view with a dam good paycheck or being self employed.

I got a lot to say about this but dont want another vacation from the Vitard Nation.

I dont know why the wheelie boys are protected, they dont buy from the sponsors, they dont pay for AMA cards...
They don’t but from the sponsors? They support the industry just like you and I! Men like you and me work all day right? Well, come 9pm-12am we go to sleep so that we can work the next day!

Silly Little Johnny who you say doesn’t support the sponsors, sneaks into our unguarded workshop/garage while we sleep and take our prized bikes fitted with aftermarket goodies and such! When we awake to find what has happened, it is too late. Oh well, we say. Hopefully we had insurance. Either way, we buy another bike and more aftermarket goodies! The industry wins!!!

The more they steal the more we buy! It’s a win win for the industry/sponsors. Us silly honest working men need to take notes it seems! Woohoo Laughing Tongue (LOTS OF SARCASM)

Let’s do this! Florida would make so much money off tourism! Imagine it like an urban safari adventure! Get Nat Geo to do a documentary on this.

URBAN SAFARI: WHEELIE BOYZ - A series of episodes where urban adventurers herd the wild untamed wheelie boyz into justice! Net them up and hoist them high at the town all for all to see for a 24 hour punishment in the Florida sun entrapped in a net!

I’m calling Matthes to see if he can get in on this since Feld won’t acknowledge his SX nets.

We could have lifted tourist buses with net cannons mounted on each side. Tourists pay about $50 and you drive them around town looking for a wild herd of wheelie boyz. Easy to track, you just have to know what to listen for. Once found, we position the WBNV (Wheelie Boy Net Vehicle) up close and personal! We know how they love to surround your car! Then boom! Tourists fire off their net cannons, we then use our mini hydraulic crane arm on the rear of the WBNV to hoist the catches of the day and the tourists get a picture with their prize!

Money making opportunities right here! Woohoo

Some of you guys are proving GuyB's point. At least 3 vacations booked so far.

Some good points here but being from Miami, probably the 2nd or 3rd largest Wheelie Boy County, I have first hand experience with everything being posted here.

Yes, they are very dangerous in groups.
Yes, they come in all races, colors, sexes and Nationalities
Yes, they steal bikes
Yes, they buy bikes
Yes, almost everyone of them are packing firearms
I know of a case where young kid was given a brand new Yamaha Raptor for XMas, and got shot dead the first day out, just for his quad.
They have no intention of ever riding legally
They will not ever obey a single traffic law
The cops do not chase them unless they have committed a felony or are an easy catch

The thing that really bothers me is that the law comes down on innocent citizens much harder for much lesser crimes, yet they cant seem to do anything about this, and the end result is that if I ever decided to ride a DRZ400 with a tag, I would probably get pulled over for suspicion. There is also way less tolerance for us older guys who sometimes ride on the easement for 1-2 miles to get to the woods/everglades to ride all day off-road, and we could potentially get ticketed and impounded. So indirectly, this hurts us all.

The idea about the net canon, is not a bad one, as long as law enforcement uses it. The scenario posted earlier is not helpful or productive. They would need to train the cops to use the net canon only when the rider is stopped. So this is an unmarked police vehicle, indiscreetly setup to intercept them when they are stopped for fuel, talking or loitering.
They can rope them with the canon without hurting the rider or bystanders. I would also expect that they could use a sort of EMF laser to take out the EFI system and render the bike immobile. The inability to enforce this lawlessness only emboldens this behaviour and encourages it and other larger degrees of lawlessness so the police have to figure out how to stop it somehow. We need to get some undercover DT's on bikes to infiltrate and ride with them, learn the habits and patterns and then just do a massive bust. You know, real police work. Fast and Furious 1 Wheelie Boy edition.

This is basically a Modern Day Jessy James or Billy the Kid riding into town on a steel horse and the law cant do anything about it. Its not easy catching a guy on a bike who has nothing to fear or lose.
