Simply paying respect to Dimebag Darrell. Still need some dimetime everyday.

and for the children out there who think being pulled by a pick em up truck while on a snowboard is somthing new - this was me in 1986 on an original Burton Backhills 100% wooden snowboard. I still have it (google if it you are into vintage stuff). I found one on ebay and the nut is asking $999 for it. that's crazy, but I'll never part with this piece of my childhood.

This is one of the tracks I ride. I dont think the wide angle lens does that slow corner justice to show just how far down the track the building is. As many times as I've ridden past that finish line, I've never worried about smashing into that building or wondering if someone has ever hit it. That corner is so slow... I cant imagine how fast that rider must've been going. With that said, this dude looks legit fucked up. The way he is sitting frog legged over the bike looks like he broke his pelvis or his hips...

And people wonder why tracks get sued. Who in their right mind puts a building that close to the track right near a corner.

Brandon? Is that you? It looked like more than a few people had used that “line”. That hit was brutal. If he’d hit just a bit harder, it might have been his next shortcut line.

Thoughts, prayers to Gage.

Wishing him a speedy recovery
