NBC app not working, again

Anyone having trouble-its not loading on my ipad, or my smart TV.
It also always asks me to login to my cable provider, of which I do not have, I just paid the $79 for the pass.

This service SUCKS!

Nope. Works fine on the fire stick. Just like every other time I've ever turned it on.

Make sure you pick gold on bottom, it defaults to normal nbc

Same happened to me, had to logout and log back in (fire stick). I will say for what you pay this shit is pretty crap, having to wait days after the race to replay, no daytona, bad streaming or not streaming at all.

No issues for me streaming from android to chromecast all day. Practice was flawless as well.

NBCSN on roku is not working and the streaming NBCSN feed is constantly resetting.

Same. I can’t get it to work on my computer, or my ps4. I am currently watching it on my ipad in front of my 65” tv. Bummer that we are the red headed step-children of the sports community. I guarantee this would never happen on a FIFA or NFL package that someone paid to subscribe to.

You do have a cable provider. You have cable internet Which is the provider it is asking for. Still a pain to have to input it.

it must be the settings or what people are clicking. it has been great for 2 seasons for me. I use explorer thru x box 1.i can watch the full replay when its over. practice or mains. never been asked cable provider etc. I click nbc gold,full event replays then what race I want to watch. during the nationals even better with no breaks. you just keep watching motos.
still need a pit cam or a cam on the equipment sponsored by cat or something during sx breaks.

I'm currently using chrome it constantly freezes and restarts from the beginning. Aaaaaaaaaargh!!!!! Does anyone else have a similar issue? I called tech support weekly and they say they can't escalate because they don't hear about any other issues.

So the last two weeks, this is what has been happening to me, and how I've had to fix it.
I have both NBC Sports and Gold app. Now, if I go the the gold app, it tells me to go to download the NBC Sports app, which I already have. So I go the the NBC Sports app, touch the Gold tab, and it goes to a version of the Gold app, but it only loads the border. It's a cycle that goes nowhere. What I have found that works, is to go to my web browser and google search the NBC Sports Gold page. Once there, it tells me to download the app, or purchase. I click to sign in, and it does so, but then goes nowhere again. At this point, I go back to the NBC Sports app, open it, click on the Gold tab, and it then allows me to launch the practice or race feed. Don't ask me why or how this happens, I just start trying shit until something works.
