6/3/2026 11:46pm What you said is correct, but the OP is asking about fork seals. 😊 Seals typically fail from wear, not static pressure. When you compare your fork seals to the pressures and forces that mountain bike rear shocks live at, your fork seals should be more than fine.

6/3/2026 11:18pm Hydraulic seals are a lot tougher than most people realize. Dirt getting past the wiper is their kryptonite, the pressure of being held at half travel isn’t going to hurt a healthy seal. And if you see a leak when tied down, the seal is already bad, get some new ones on the way.

5/31/2026 4:30pm On a positive note our grandson and the 7 year old neighbor kid we invited (who just got his first bike and was at his first MX race of any kind) had an absolute blast. Walking around for 3 hours after the race was over was just an extra added bonus for them. The neighbor kid is super enthused, it was fun to see him get to check out a bunch of stuff he wouldn’t have had we not been stuck there. Like him standing on the starting line and imagining he was in the race, throttle and clutch hands...

5/30/2026 9:39pm We turned around after waiting almost 2 hours. Made it home to catch the first 250 moto. We were less than 2 miles away and GPS was still saying it would take almost an hour to get to the gate. Absolute shit show. So glad we didn't pre pay for tickets.

1/14/2026 11:49pm I know you're looking for a solution but without seeing the wheel I would say put the torque wrench down, learn how to true the right way i.e. only mess with the spokes you need to or take it to a professional. Fun fact, a wheel with perfect tension won't be true and a true wheel won't have perfect tension...

9/19/2025 9:11am I bought an 06 rm125, slowly started to fix it up, then scored a killer deal on an 07 rm125. Everything I was doing to the 06 I took off and put on the 07. Then built the bikes together. Every single piece was touched on these. Powder coated frames, Pro circuit suspension, linkage, exhaust and silencer (The 06 has fmf exhaust and silencer), V force reeds, brand new complete engines on both, cerakoted parts all over, Excel wheels, new chains, sprockets, bars, and a whole bunch more
