Id be willing to bet these guys pay a nutritionist to create their meal plans and supplement plans and then follow that plan. They dont have a list of wadas 1000 banned things and then compare that list with a whats on a can of green beans. Its unrealistic and would make a vacation out of grocery shopping.

I think this WADA stuff is screwy and the punishments are way too harsh, but not sure what he meant on the innocent side. Would think there are only 2 sides, innocent or guilty?
There are employer mandated drug testing programs in daily use all over globe. Testing/retesting/decisions can be delivered in days, not months and years.
I think its all BS, but wonder how strict is the list of banned substances? Would an average person/rider pass their test? Would something like smoking or drinking (the day before riding, not while riding) or OTC pain relievers fail you?
A top level rider is probably taking a lot of vitamins and supplements packed with more ingredients than you could imagine. I could see where something taken would have at least 1 bad ingredient.
