I love 125's but nothing sounds better than a well tuned 250. Would be cool to see Villopoto show up on one for the Glen Helen race.
Still hard to believe, I know. They can score an amateur race in the mud better than this....
i heard they buried the phone under one of the many huge booters at GH

My point was it's not a national championship race yet some of you seem to think it should have the same coverage the real motos got. Even after there is probably more coverage of the 125 race than was ever warranted you guys are STILL complaining. (Not necessarily you in particular.)
Yea it was only a four lap race, but it's not like the people working the national just sit around all day waiting for those four thirty minute motos. I'm sure there's plenty of stuff to do before and after the real races that unfortunately makes the exhibition race take a bit of a back seat.
It would have only taken about 3 people to score it. People who don't race, or even know anything about racing. Just write down the postions of the #s of the bikes that cross the line. Not too hard. They messed up, both the Dirt Diggers and MX Sports. Not that big of a deal in the scheme of things, but if they would have just said that they didn't score it and don't have the full results right away, all of this nonsense would have been avoided.
1. Over 10yrs of shitty ass rules, that are absolutely against two strokes in the top levels of racing.
2. Lots of fans prefer and ride 2 strokes.
3. Of course people who prefer 2 strokes would love to see them race.
4. Finally the decision makers catch on and promote a 125 race series. Hell Ryan Villopoto and some other big names showed up.
5. No results, no write up and admit it was unorganized. Make fun of fans for being pissed?
I guess I'm an old school 37yr old. I grew up with idea if you're going to do something do it right. If you mess up, fix it as quick as possible! All that said I think this can turn into something great and hopefully this was a wake up call to the media and promoters.
Is it asking too much to get results/coverage from a race that was ran as part of a National MX.?
