I’ve been wearing Bell Moto 9 and 100% racecraft goggles for 10 years and never had a problem with dust or dirt getting in my goggles.

6D helemt, 100% goggles. Yes I get dirt in the goggles. I have to run the strap tighter than I want. With the strap tight it's harder to get the goggle on quickly.
I keep loosening the strap and then I get a dirt movie inside my lens and it's pull over and empty the dirt and tighten the strap. But I look cool with the 100% goggles, and Cooper Webb uses them so they must be the best. lol.

only if I don't clean them and theres a bit of dirt trapped from a previous moto. If I clean them before I ride there's no issue and they are great goggles. just gotta be 100% sure theres nothing inside when you put them on Wink

^^ 100% true. I think the majority of people don’t completely clean their googles and helmet brim after each moto. They’re also probably looking for an excuse to switch brands. I have never had dirt in my 100% googles. I also clean them and my helmet after every moto.
Not really looking for an excuse to switch brands considering I'm like $250 deep in goggles, extra lenses and tear offs. Looking for a practice day or Moto without dirt bouncing around in my eyes. It's seems to be a common thing for this brand

Yep I ran the accuris for a full season in 2016 in off road and moto events. 6 sets and all had the same issue. Had constant problems with getting dirt and sand in the goggles. Probably fine if you’re just a practice guy but wouldn’t use them ever again for a racing situation. Switched to Scott Prospects and no more issues.
That seems to be the solution. What helmet do you run?

Bell carbon flex and racecrafts, definitely an issue for me. I like my goggle strap loose, I have to crank the thing down to avoid it. Not perfect, but it works

Yep, I think it's the protrusion on the top of the goggle that does not let it seal with the crown of the helmet that allows access. Back to scott for me. Bell moto 9 helmet.

100% goggle guys always seem to have dirt around their eyes when they take their goggles off, in GNCC, ENDURO GP type events, anyway.

I've shied away from them for that reason.

This is where the goggles with outriggers come into play. The outriggers set up a closer seal to the face than the others because of the angles of pull around the helmet to the face.

A lot of people unknowingly get dirt inside the goggle by hanging the goggle around their bars instead of setting them on the grips with the outside of the lens facing up.

Personally I've had issues with 100% lens cracking at the top of the frame. I'm sure their new hard lens is good, but I've switched to Dragon and am happy.

Ive have the same set of racecrafts for probably 5 years never had this problem. I’ve gone through probably 5-10 lenses and the foam is just now starting to wear out.

They just don't fit my face. This not only lets dirt in, they pinch my nose. I use an Arai helmet and it has a fairly large opening. I use the cheaper Oakley O-frames.
