Weight - really important, don't fudge or put what you are getting down to or what you want to weigh.
Skill - be real truthful. Regular racer? Play racer? Average? slow, old, more trails than track?
style - Sit down guy? Always over the bars? Roll on or Clutch Fanner?
Track type - Inter mediate? Hardpack, Sand, Mud? what is the primary surface you ride on?
I use Racetech and they have done very well for me. Good balance and nothing goofy in the corners or stutter bumps.
BUT, they have seen me ride. I usually manage to go by real slow so they can get a good look.
I get my stuff done due to my size (+240) no necessarily due to my blazing speed as a safety measure.
So I bought a brand new bike, and had only started it once ever.
The guy on the phone said I would be charged for seals, bushings, and all kinda of other stuff that was BRAND F-ing NEW...because, and quote, "Well, it might be slightly used, so we'll just replace it" My response, "Uhhh, IT'S BRAND NEW" Him again, "Yea, we'll replace it anyways with new OEM stuff"
I facepalmed, and called my local guy. He's great.

Enzo for Yamaha
Pro Circuit for Kawi
Factory Connection for Honda...
Someone here said it this way...
Factory connection is good but Pro Circuit for faster guys. I agree currently having both.
