I don't know why it caught my eye, but why is the vent hose tied in a knot? Maybe for transport? That is a very different shock. I've never seen one like it before.

This is the kind of stuff we need in this thread! Those cases different? Where is the oil sight glass? Why no radiator guards? Big ass radiator, or just lower?

Quick question.....is there a 18.5 Husky coming too , or are all these changes only happening on the KTM's? And are these changes coming for both 2 stroke and 4 stroke....or just the 4 strokes?

That shock looks interesting. Because those adjusters are Trax adjusters.

Yea, that motor mount and pipe mount does not sit in the same spot as the 2017 SXF 450. Things look much tighter. So for sure i think you are looking the new frame and engine.

I think it's known that there wont be any FE Husqvarna bikes. But they want to make Husqvarna different enough to not be a "white KTM".

I heard from a guy that owns a Ktm/Husky dealership in Oregon, that they are doing a "Jason Anderson " factory edition Husky, and not doing a Ktm this coming year.

Hot off the rumor mill at Vital , Yes a fresh Husky FE 450, but the 250's won't be fresh. 2 strokes? Ha Ha Ha!

There are some differences of course, it's a GP bike not a AMA bike. Doesn't mean anything is production for sure. Radiator position and shape is interesting to me.

I think so, Jason Anderson posted something on instagram a few days to the effect of him having a much better bike next year and I know he aint leaving Husky.

As far as 2 strokes, I'd expect them to get updates for 2019. No 2018.5 2 strokes.

I wonder what kind of connection Leok has to the KTM/Husky Factory. Last year he used a KTM without logos, but had the same modified frame (extra gussets in the area of the upper shock mount) as the factory riders.

Good to finally see pic of Leok's pre prod bike. I mentioned before it had been spotted at an earlier GP then disappeared quickly after performing well in qualification.
