I Crushed L2, fracture L1 & L4, Broke ribs at 59 years old.

So I know a young guy like you will have a good outcome.

You can get trough this, just keep a good positive attitude & max out your physical therapy.

When they release you to exercise, work on you flexibility & core strength!
