Thx and im sorry my english is very poor. Would indeed have to be awake in english lessons in school long time agoUnsure

Those gloves are made in Finland, and i think they are some 90s stuff.. Shirt is made in Italy, so i think you are correct. Early 2000. I didnt find where those pants are made of?

Where i buy these, there also was shirt to match those gloves, but sadly only M and L sizes.

I do have to say that the pricing on the new Shift gear is really, really high. I thought that Fox FlexAir and its price point was the highest any gear company was willing to go, i guess i was wrong.

Same goes for the most expensive Seven gear with the compression jersey and bib.

Both lines are pushing over 350 bucks.
Have you ridden much in your Prime Fit stuff? What do you think?

This is what I just did.

Got my first bike in 4 years and lost all my previous gear due to a fire, so I had to replace everything. The GP stuff fit the best, quality seemed decent, and the price was moderate. Paired it with a year old, closeout TLD helmet for $200 and some used (barely, maybe a ride) Tech 3's for $90 and I'm pretty much set (also grabbed a closeout chest protector and some goggles for a combined $70).

For the most part, I've always been a past-year/closeout guy. I'm just glad to be riding and don't need to have the latest and greatest.

Yeah i have. Probably around 5-7 hours of riding.

The jersey is really good although way heavier compared to Fox FlexAir. The pants are good but not fantastic. I use the Pod K4 braces and they are known for having a really big(too big) patella guard and that is a slight problem. The classical stretch material that is one pretty much all MX pants in the knee area is way too high up on the Prime fit pants so it is a bit tight.

But overall i'm happy. I got the set and name & number printing for 195€.

It's a cheaper version of Fox FlexAir, but in my opinion way better looking.

Edit: Am i right in guessing that you work for Parts Unlimited? I think someone mentioned that earlier in some thread here in Vital. I do hope you can pass the info on the stretch material being to high up. I used to be a huge Thor fan back in the day because of Reed but stopped wearing Thor after 09 and the shit show that followed the Core line that year(worst pants i have ever had haha...). But i'm back!

One of my first gear ever was Thor. I always try other makes but I always seem to end up back with Thor. I ride with the Prime Fit stuff this year. Great price for what you get and I find it comfortable. Only con with the jersey is when the weather's cold outside and you wear a thermo sleeve shirt underneath things can get pretty tight around your arms.

Yeah I'm a sales rep for them. I'll definitely pass that on. It's been my gear of choice since it came out but like everything it could still use some tweaks.

Yeah i got used to the thin and light FlexAir jersey in 2016 but the Prime fit is really good. I guess that shaving a bit wight of the main "bib" would be a good thing, the sleeves are thin enough.

But i hope Thor keeps the Prime fit as a clean design line. Just like the 2016 and 2017 designs.

2017 fly hydrogen lite gear. I think its around $220 for jersey, pants and gloves through RMATVMC, around $180 shipped to me from Fly through their Am support deal. Rode the same gear last year (now practice/mud race gear) and it held up great.

I've had Fly, Axo, and Oneal and I've yet to pay over $100 for any jersey/pants/gloves set.

3 yr old oneal. 2 yr old fly. 1 yr old oneal. mismatched gloves, lol. all on close outs.i just cant make myself buy the newest set. even though it looks awesome. x brand goggles. fox v3 helmet and the best boot on earth. sg12s.
fox chest pro. I really like the seven gear that james wore that looked like a bib/jersey.

Last weekend I got to see it in a store for the first time...it feels cheap as hell. Super thin and kind of rough on your skin.

If that gear is where things are headed I need to buy stock in Thor Core and Fox 360 gear now.

Im rocking my 2015 Fox, 2015 Thor vented, and probably some new 2017 Alias gear. The newer vented gear looks awesome IMO.
I felt the pants and was wondering what the hell it was made out of. Never felt gear like that.

I've been buying my son Alias gear over the past 6 months, I signed up for one of their D2R accounts. It's been great gear that's held up really good and it's really well priced. They email me when ever they have sales or discounts coming up. Just picked up this setup for him, he wears a 28 adult pant and a large youth jersey. I think I only paid $68 including shipping. If it was with an adult jersey it would have only cost $73. Hard to beat at that price, especially when kids grow so fast.

I bought a set of the 2017 Thor prime fit. I planned to get Fly gear for the first time in my life but i was disappointed in their 2017 collection. I wish they could make something similar to the 2016 Lite Hydrogen line.
Right?! That 2016 Fly Hydrogen Lite is sweet.

The 2017 Lite Hydrogen looks like the 2015 Lite Hydrogen, not good compared to 2016!

I checked out the new Moose gear at the Indy show, and I was actually very impressed. I wait until everything goes on closeout at the end of the year lol, so I will try it then.

I wasn't super excited about the 2017 Moose stuff until the spring release sahara stuff came out. For some reason I've never personally used the moose gear even though I ride off road now but I had to get a set after I saw it. This is the set I got:

Nice! You just made me go out to the shop and look for a bunch of old Sinisalo jerseys that I've had for years but never used.. Sadly I can't find them, I think I may have tossed them last year. Just found this old gear bag.

Jersey, pants, gloves I get whatever is cheapest, usually on ebay doesnt have to be pretty, I'm paying for it. Decent helme boots and knee braces are worth spending a bit more though. Don't replace anything unless it's fucked either.

You should definitely sign up on the Alias webpage for a direct 2 rider account. They're blow out deals are always really cheap. Jersey's for $17 and pants for $53. I get a little tired of the weekly emails from them but I've scored some great deals on riding gear for my son.

Well didn't wanna hurt anyone's $360 feelings lol but yeah it looks great. Well last years stuff and the year before. The 17 stuff hasn't really grown on me so I'm sticking with my 16 gear. I don't get to ride enough to wear it out anyway. Sad

With asterisk knee braces I blow through cheap gear so I have to get the better stuff as to not split seams and have enough leather in the knee. I really dig my Answer Alpha gear, the jersey is really comfy with no collar and tapered sleeves and the pants are holding up way better than I'm used to. Clean designs on the Alpha line too and can usually find it discounted.

Received mine earlier this week. Haven't got to ride in it yet but it looks like it is really well made!

I just got the fox 40 years setup from 2014 cause I'm cheap. Got the v3 helmet 360 pants jersey gloves and air space goggles for under 300 bucks!
