Who makes that gas tank and what size is it? It looks to be a bit bigger than the stock tank on my 17 and 1000 times better than any other oversized tanks I've come across.

It's a stock size Clarke tank. From what I understand Zip Ty makes the best looking oversized tank.

I'd say it's a scammer for sure. They repost it weekly, sometimes more. I never contacted them about it but I almost did cause it's a sweet bike!

2017 YZ250 stock with flywheel & 2003 YZ250 all stock

Just picked up the 03 from og owner, guy couldnt have put more than 20 hrs on it.

really not much separating the two, suspension obviously but definitely noticed the flywheel. tracks better on hardpack and carries its speed into corners and over jumps more

Shoot, seeing your bike had me getting my hopes up that you had found the holy grail of yz250 gas tanks (i.e. 2.6 gallon tank with same color as the KTM natural tanks). After all this time, it's strange that such tank doesn't exist but obviously the manufacturers don't feel there is enough demand to produce one. And In regards to the zip-ty tank, I picked one up last week.

Its a 9 oz. i definately noticed it. Id be real curious to feel how a 13 would work on the hard pack track.

Yes hsa racing in southern italy built the bike.here is a link to their facebook page.keep scrolling down on the home page until you see the bike in question.there you can also see that they thank "the bos" for doing the graphics,(they are also in italy) i also happen to follow the "bos graphics" (best of stickers) facebook page so i've also provided the link for those too.
