I'm kind of confused why those results are allowed to stand to be honest. In most sports competitors are stripped of any results gained whilst on the banned substance. Usain Bolt recently lost his Gold medal and it wasn't even him who juicing (it was his team mate).

I guess MX is still in it's infancy with this stuff as there have been so few positive tests but it's really good to see the sport moving in the right direction.

Funny how focused and "in the zone" he looks a few weeks before the positive sample compared to his performances after the ban where he looks like an out of control amateur.

Maybe just coincidence though. And maybe the whole team forgot to get it, or didn't know amphetamine based medicines were banned?
Ive never heard someone refer to adderall as "juicing" lol. Did they inject it into his butt?

You obviously have no understanding of how the drug Adderall works in the mind of someone diagnosed by a physician with clinical ADHD.

FARANG is an idiot. "Juicing" really? To my knowledge he never stopped taking Adderall, then or now.

We did. What you think adderall does, it in fact, does not. You cant "juice" up on adderall like you said. It doe not work that way. Study up on it and you will find out how absolutely wrong you are and continue to look like an ass

Seems you've been contradicted.

I wouldn't respond... because I... and probably you either, have no frikkin clue what James' dose is, nor what he "needs", nor what the hell his diagnosis is.

Also.. I'd assume (that's the word you should be using as your post is full of assumptions), that whatever they put on the TUE is what he needs and if he needed more, I'd also assume, that they would make that change to the TUE. With that, I have no clue if the rules list the substances and their maximum doses(I'd highly doubt that though) for anyone to have either.

So clue us in on your knowledge of WADA's TUE's, wow us all.

Then again, if you are HIS DOCTOR, I retract that statement.

Some of you guys have no idea what the performance benefits of adderall are, in specific doses. There is a reason lots of top athletes have been busted using it. Also a reason why so many people use it before a big test, or going out to party like its 1999.

Some of us are intimately experienced with it as a medicarion and understand what it does for those prescribed. And those effects are nothing like what the effects are for people who do not need it. Adhd patients, it slows brain activity to a controllable pace so they can focus and not get distracted as easily. It does not give the speed effect nor does it wire you. Those you mentioned, get the wired, speed effect similar to cocaine or meth. Completely opposite of add and adhd patients.

So.. Back to Bubba on Red..

I don't care what color.. I enjoy watching him ride a moto sickle and can't wait to see him out there. I just hope, pray, and plead that he comes back and looks just a little like the Bubba of old.

Same as a lot of the others in the thread.. hope it keeps it on 2 wheels and doesn't get hurt. Will be interesting for the timed qualifier if he can still put down a heater lap that will WOW us.. and his comp, even if it doesn't translate into a full main race.

First races.. I can see him "riding around" in 10-12th.. then top 8, then top 5 as it goes on.

(ob, correct me if I'm wrong) Isn't that the point ob was trying to make? I think he means the medication has a history of being "abused" by athletes who don't "need" it in order to get performance enhancement.

Ob is a stand up dude and knows what he's talking about. The thing is.....when it comes to ADHD , there are many different levels in which people can have. What James has?.....I have no idea. BUT.....yes , it is the most popular " cheater drug " on planet earth for athletes. College kids and gamers use it a lot as well. People take advantage of it and use 2 , 3 and even 4 times what they are prescribed and it is then / and can be a major performance enhancer.

I am not going to stoop to Farfang's level here , specially since I know James was prescribed the medication. With that being said though , James has not been the same since after the failed WADA tests. We can all draw our own conclusions to that.

That alone can be a huge debate on " What he was prescribed - To what he was taking before the tests. "

To me , it's all water under the bridge right now , and I just want him to come back and get back out there again. I'd love to see him try just one more full season. In a selfish fan type of way. I don't care about the past , I'm trying to look towards the future for him. Weather it be a racer , or a family man , or both. I'm good either way.

F - job,

You're ignoring the fact that James's best performances of his career were before Coy Gibbs ever suggested he see his doctor about ADHD and treatments...that doesn't fit with your agenda.

Second, I'm going to repeat what someone else said:
1. You're a troll.

2. You're an idiot.

3. You're a hater.

4. You're pathetic.

Anybody who knows anything (and I don't...just listening to those who do) will tell you that the enhancement effects of Adderall on a person not diagnosed with an attention deficit disorder is HUGELY and COMPLETELY different from a person who does suffer from a diagnosed ADHD issue. The person who does not have an issue can expect largely amphetimine-like effects and increase in focus. Those who do will only experience the ability (for once) to have the focus ability of a "normal" person...not some superhuman-like effect, or one associated with amphetimine.

Bottom line...JS7 only took the med to help him focus on the track and in day-to-day life. He didn't take it to get high or for any other reason.
