Is at least as fast if not faster than my 14 yzf450. Super skinny. Ride report after some off-road tomorrow. Kicking of the new year with a big red bang.

Will you be "pushing a button into 2017"?

I'm sorry, I know that was terrible

It honestly starts easy if u don't stab at it. I'm cheap and love lightweight. Is nice to know it will only be as heavy as my 14 yzf if I do decide to. I'll be pushing that sweet mapping button it has on the left bar does that count? Lol

So it's your wife's fault? Because "spoke with my wallet" is supposed to mean you bought a two-stroke.
Buying a four stroke doesn't speak or say anything you're just like everyone else

I got two strokes. A ten year old yz, and ktm really don't interest me. Same deal as why I bought a yzf450 in 14. Which has been the most trouble free bike I have ever owned. Hopefully this crf is as good as it.

Congrats to OP with the new bike and awesome wife & kids!

Speaking with the wallet is just making a statement by buying something you think is fitting for you, so no need to get angry over it. Pretty funny that just a few months ago Still2Strokenit considered to buy a CRF450R himself. With reactions like his I have started to think riding two stroke makes you sad and negative, so I won't go near the KX500 we have in our garage Wink

Mine worked fine day one. It doesn't obsolete the 14 yzf I have, which is kinda of pleasing. I honestly like the yzf better. Haven't dialed the cr at all except lever position, and two clicks out on shock comp. The forks aren't better than a yzf. I'm sure of that. The yzf feels faster too

That is def how last night played out. Rode her harder than I rode the bike today lol. She's faster than either of the bikes haha.
