Crazy, that article that you linked was written by me. I'm pretty surprised at how well received the words were because I thought it would be dumb and almost didn't want to send the entire thing through. Glad you liked it. Welcome back OP! Those RMZs sure are fun.

I read this the other day and think its worth a read. As for mods - no idea! Set the sag, get the suspension set up for you (try the suspension as is before spending money on it).

As the article says: the bike may suprise you! If you are planning on getting back into mx, save trail riding and desert for another day and get better at mx on the mx track. Thats my 2 cents at least!

After a messy divorce and with now more time on my hands, decided to pickup another bike after 10+ years on the sideline. Its a new to me 2020 RMZ-450 that I picked up for $5,500. I'm 36 and a little out of shape with a somewhat muscular build and would love to get back into shape to properly ride this thing. As of right now I mostly plan on riding trails (desert and some mountain) but easing myself back into it. My last two bikes were YZ250 two strokes (2005 and 2006) so I'm pretty excited to finally own...

I'd ask him if it's hard to walk around with that giant set of balls he has. JS7 is a god damn legend, the lack of respect is unreal. We are all lucky we got to witness his absolute legendary skills on a bike.

Could you imagine Brayton, Stewart, and Seely all on MCR Honda?! Damn... that is a super strong "B level" team.

Dade city kid. Winning was everything. Didn't like racing Reed. Repassing him was rude. Can you hear my kids? RC was good, but James was faster. Kawi smelled like she had a new boyfriend. Are my kids too loud? Tomac should be dominating. Watches all the races. Comebacks were fun. Kids are bastards. Little Chicken. much ty

I wouldn't say I have my stuff figured out. A lot of my stuff isn't... I'm divorced, I've lived alone for the last 7 years, I learn everyday how to best myself as a father and I don't know much about anything else other than SX or MX... I do have the luxury not to rely on anyone's paycheck. I've made my money. I paid my divorced settlement in 1 deed signature and 1 wire transfer. Never blew money. Always invested and most importantly, I'm living very modestly compare to what I could be doing... I live in a "cheap"...

Breathe of fresh air on the SX broadcast to hear Ricky inject his opinion. Reminded me of the real Ricky Carmichael for a moment there!

I got to surprise my little girl with this back in September. She'd been riding a ttr50 up until then. She got her clutch work down the first day. I got more joy from this than if I had bought myself a new bike.

Brandon has a lot of talent, and makes that 250 work for him even though he's a big kid. I would like to see how he does on a 450 in SX. Is there a chance he rides any of the upcoming west coast rounds on a 450? 6'1" @180+lbs is screaming 450 ride!
