The Meth epidemic in Australia is really having an effect on the amount of bikes being stolen here, addicts trying to make a quick dollar... Moto facebook pages in Victoria seem to have multiple "my bike was stolen" posts every day. Hope you get it back crush, will keep my eyes peeled in here in Melbourne.

Can you post the bike serial mumbers here for us Victorians.
Or maybe a distinctive permenant feature.
Vin Number: VBKMXN431DM291152
Engine number: 0377816359

Permanent? Depends on the spanner I guess... There are a couple things like the cam chain tensioner and the throttle cables that are different but importantly non-noticeable and maybe not an everyday mod.

The rest of it would be stripped I'd imagine. It does have KTM ID on it but only matters if it's recovered and suspected as mine...

Either way I'd put my investigative hat on and stop them in their tracks.. Thieves are the lowest of the low. Take them out, especially if they entering homes while Family are there..

Proper bastards. I once left the garage door open all night and nearly threw up when I saw it in the morning about to leave for work, both my bikes and the girlfriends quad were in there and could have lost all three and I wouldn't have known till morning. I can only imagine how bad it must be to have my worst nightmare come true, will definitely keep an eye out up here in far north QLD, not unusual for stolen bikes to be found in another state.
Im going to get a camera set up I think... too much of this going on.

Why does everyone of these stories involves someone in the sticks with no permanent guard dog. My dad does and his 110lb dog used for hunting bears wouldn't even let it them out of their vehicle let alone get the job done. Trapped one guy trying to break in on the porch for hrs until my dad got home from work. If you live in the sticks you need insurance, a big ass dog and a gun. This is home ownership 101.

Thieves, Scum of the earth. Rottweiler living in the garage is a great deterrent.

What a bummer. After losing two bikes, I've made sure that my current homeowners insurance covers the loss of dirt bikes on my property.

We live in the suburbs and have a 30 pound Cavoodle.

He did bark, but he's been barking at possums like a bastard recently...

When did you ride last? Do you run a ute or trailer?

I always look behind on the drive home and I'm in a plain van. Also give my address to clubs as the Po box too.

Devo mate. Happened to me once, actually almost twice. Got held up by lots of locks and gave up. Had 2 cars knicked as well. 2 mtb's also.funny I now live in a place I don't even lock the house when going overseas. Once I got back after a week and the back screen door was still wide open.

Where the fuck do these bikes go?

Damn it Crush , sorry to hear about your bikes getting ripped off. That is my biggest fear , as both my RM's would be really hard to replace and insurance probably wouldn't give me much of anything to replace them. Hope you get your bikes back man!

Maybe it's a little harsh, but I think thieves all deserve a bullet. One in the kneecap would make them think twice about stealing again!

That sucks! Hope it turns up. Glad to hear it was insured.

My bike is insured and I also keep it locked to a floor anchor in the garage. Should help deter or wake me up if someone tries to steal it.

Im right there with you. I don't know what it is, but a thief to me is better off at the bottom of the ocean than being amongst the living.

No moral compass pointing to right and wrong, complete and utter disrespect for your fellow man...just a waste of skin.

Crush I hate to say it, but I know first hand your anger. Had my house broken into not once, but twice. The feeling of violation was what stuck so much with me....Bikes, TV's, jewelry, those are all "things", but the thought that someone came into your home while you were in it is something that sticks with you for life.

Best of luck getting you belongings back, and when you catch the scum, toss in an extra swing for all of us in the vital community.

Sorry to read this Crush, hope you find your stuff.
You would have been the perfect dude to have This tracker velcro in your air box and find those POS and give the beat down those MF'ers deserve then give the details here.

No spam here...none at all. I just want to see one of these guys caught and the details spelled out here so we all can see.
I would be willing to give to someone here that has had there shit stolen to set up a "sting" just for the recovery details.
