Some of you guys are total c*nts. Throwing comments out there like you're The King, or the GOAT, knocking on people's careers.

Deano, Trey and Wilbur are all respective champions, just been dealt with sh*t cards. Who are you to comment when the biggest achievement in your life is the amount of forum posts you have?

Who are these 5 guys who are more deserving of their rides?

1. Ryan Dungey (KTM) - multiple champ - factory ride
2. Chad Reed (Yamaha) - multiple champ - factory ride
3. Ken Roczen (Suzuki) - multiple champ - factory supported ride
4. Eli Tomac (Kawasaki) - multiple champ - factory ride
5. Jason Anderson (Husqvarna) - sx champ - factory ride
6. Cole Seely (Honda) - factory ride
7. Davi Millsaps (KTM) - sx champ - factory supported ride
8. Justin Brayton (KTM) - factory supported ride
9. Marvin Musquin (KTM) - multiple champ - factory ride
10. Jacob Weimer (Kawasaki) - sx champ - factory supported ride
11. Wil Hahn (Kawasaki) - sx champ - factory ride
12. Christophe Pourcel (Husqvarna) - multiple champ - factory ride
13. Mike Alessi (Honda)
14. Weston Peick (Yamaha) - factory supported ride
15. Tommy Hahn (Yamaha) - factory supported ride
16. Vince Friese (Honda)
17. Nicholas Schmidt (Suzuki)
18. Lawson Bopping (Yamaha)
19. Dakota Tedder (Kawasaki)
20. Jeff Alessi (Suzuki)
21. Phil Nicoletti (Yamaha) - factory supported ride
22. Trey Canard (Honda) - multiple champ - factory ride

Half the field have championships to their name, chuck Tickle and Barcia back in the mix and more than half do.

When Pourcel goes out and sets the fastest times, then finishes 12th, it's not a bad reflection of his performance, just highlights the fact the skill level is so high right now, anyone and everyone is capable of at least getting on the podium.

Trey, Wil and Dean, will all go out and get another race win at some point in the future, no doubt.

My opinion on some of you guys; Quit the sh*t, you're boring.

If Dean's knee is torn again, I think it's time for him to step back and consider an alternate career path. Maybe it's the way he rides, maybe it's luck, who knows...but it's been several years of this now. It's Pastrana-esque at this point.

I completely agree. Its almost as if someone is dominating like MC, RC, RV, JS, RD then they are on "the list" to be replaced.

Trey is perfect at Honda. He has a squeaky clean riding style that Honda loves, not to mention he is the perfect PR guy for Honda as well. Kenny is too much of a "bad boy" or "counter culture" to be at Honda, unless they have a corporate change.

If Kenny is a bad boy than what is barcia?

Honda didn't have a problem with his "counter culture" "bad boy" image..........

Kenny is less of a bad boy than you think, he's ANY teams DREAM. There is a reason that he is the highest paid rider out there. Yes it's to win but his image is just as important.

He can run Showa or KYB at Suzuki. More options.

Up until his dumb mistake at Oakland last year, he proved the Suzuki can win.

Dungey would be doing the same thing on the Suzuki. He is just that good.

Hasn't that pastrami guy had more knee replacements then the whole field combined?

What other career options should a kid in his early 20's who's done nothing but race a motorcycle since he was 7 years old pursue?

This is what these guys do best, as long as they're able and willing to they should hold on as long as possible

You say that, but look at Christian Craig (And Pourcel even, Windham).

Im thinking out loud, but you have to think at a certain point it must be healthy mentally to take the pressure off, take a real break, give your body a proper rest and come back when your not so desperate and have so much pressure on yourself.

Saying that, I really hope they come back with better news.
The silence seems rather ominous though.

Good info!

Still two options right or the 52mm wouldn't exist and they would all run 48mm, correct?

No news is bad news.

Wilson has said himself that he has contemplated retiring from pro motocross. If he does retire, it would not surprise me. That, and it would not surprise me at all if, at this point, DeCoster has simply moved on.

Rick Johnson, the orignial bad boy of mx changed his attitude when he went over to Honda. Not winning and lots of $$$$ can change attitudes of riders.

The other thing to consider:

ACL and MCL's can go out with minimal side effects. I have ridden without an ACL for a year and it wasn't all that terrible with a good knee brace. This could be his other knee or it could be that the knee that he just had repaired didn't heal completely. So many variable. I don't think this should end his career.....he just may have bad knees from all the years of racing that need to properly heal.

On Twitter on Monday, Mathes mentioned two press releases dropping, one good one bad. The good was Weimer to RCH. I was assuming the bad was going to be what happened to Wilson, but nothing yet.

I know we are all really jumping to conclusions and I hope Dean is Ok. I do know people who ride with no ACL. I know some pro snowboarders who rode with no ACL as well. Everyone is different, crossing my fingers for Dean!

Remember also that every knee injury is different. I'v had 2 ACL reconstructions and one MCL and all those were different in some ways. Let's hope that the injury on Dean doesn't bother his training or racing too much. He really need to finish the 2016 season.

I actually tore my ACL and MCL and had surgery 3 weeks ago. It sucks. Knee injuries hit everyone differently. Some of my buddies have had torn ACLs for years and just go the route of strengthening the leg. I was surprised at how many people talked to me about not getting surgery and working through it.

I should specify that I broke my tibial plateau, which is better than a tear.....besides being in a cast from my balls to my foot for 12 weeks.

Thank you.
