I've said it before and I'll say it again. Weston didn't start that shit with vince....Vince started it about 3yrs ago and it's been an on going thing between those two. Weston finally had enough. He sure as hell had more patience than I would have. Some local rider starts shit like that with me , and it goes on for 3yrs+......I'd be wanting to take care of business too. I wouldn't have waited so long and would of wanted to meet that guy some where after the race and away from everyone else though. Get the job done right.

Goes to show how the mainstream media views our sport. Is it really not obvious that it wasn't the right time to fight? It almost sounds like they think there may actually be a "right time".
To be fair to Weston, he did not create the image. Just like others have said we and the media created it for him. Why? Because it is fun. The most interesting man in the world isn't that interesting. Chuck Norris didn't do all the things we claim but it sure is more fun than talking about his total gym commercial.

I have a friend that is the most unassuming person you'd see, you may even call him a pussy the way he acts, he'd do anything for you. I've only seen him mad enough to fight twice and both times he defended himself and dispatched those douchebags ( both guys big, loud, and obnoxious.) faster and with more precision than anyone I've ever seen before.
There are lots and lots of pussys in the world, (and I'm not sure I'm not one of them), but there are also lots really tuff dudes around also. They just usually don't make much noise.
The sad thing for Vince is....he's a very fast dude , and if he spent more time on his racing craft instead of riding people dirty and starting shit....maybe he could move up the ladder a bit. That stuff doesn't only hurt his bank account , but it hurts his future for getting rides. If it wasn't for MCR , I really can't think of another team out there which would put up with those antics. Weston.....look at the progress he's made in the past 3 - 4yrs. He's done that buy working his ass off , not making enemies and trying to race forward.
This stupid " Lets compare him to an MMA fighter " bullshit......I don't get it. He's a motocross racer whom finally stood up for himself and couldn't take it any more. And Vince better be happy that Weston did that shit to him with his gear on. Because if Weston was to get a hold of him wearing street close....it would not end up well for Vince.
Obviously it was the right time for it to happen because it did happen. Shit happens in the heat of the moment and enough was enough. Now he gets some off time and a fine, puts his best foot forward and he moves on.
We all need to let it go. It happened and it's over. Sx got some extra media out of it and whether you like it or not, people love shit like this. That's why people that aren't connected to the sport like we are come to the races. Lots of drama in racing. Guys slamming each other and guys wadding up. To them this was a bonus.
There is no excuse for what Weston did...and I can't believe Vince didn't turn around and kick him as hard as he could in the fucking nuts.
